Very insightful. ..made me realize that the negative feelings we have should be addressed truthfully. ..then tap them out of the system . I knew some facts about tapping and it's benefits through Nick and Jessica Ortner , but not so much in details. A good read for those of us suffrring from chronic diseases. Thank you for the guidelines.

Excellent Resource

Tessa does an amazing job at breaking down the process. She simplifies it while still going into enough detail to get started with this much needed skill for interrupting limiting emotional patterns and changing behaviors at the core.

I felt that it was a collection of blog posts, but it's my first book on EFT and, thus, it was groundbreaking. I still have questions, but it's a book to offer much practical advice, and I am grateful for this.

This was such an easy read. I wish more books were as straight-forward and practical as this one. Great examples. Plenty of tools. It was just a great informative read and definitely improved my tapping experience.

Exactly what I wanted

This short book was a great primer on tapping. I’ve been watching videos to learn how to tap, but I wanted to know why it works and how to do it more effectively. This book was exactly what I wanted.
