Biblical Systematics

by F. Leroy Forlines, Douglas J. Simpson

A study of the Christian system of life and thought. Truth is for the mind, heart and soul. In recent times humanity has embraced natural truth rather than spiritual truth. This book takes a journey through the Bible and shows that God's truth is the most logical answer in the universe. This college professor has degrees from Northern Baptist Theological Seminary, and the Chicago Graduate School of Theology.

This is a well-thought out textbook on Classical Arminian doctrine, especially in what Free Will Baptists believe. It cannot be digested from one reading, and will require meditation, especially on the highlights to receive the most from the pages. It is not an easy book to read (I love him, but Mr. Forlines is a much better theologian than he is a writer.) but it is surely not only worth reading, but enlightening and edifying.
