The advice is very cut and dry, honest and up front. What I don't care too much for was the fact that every other page contained a personal life experience the author has had in business- many people cannot relate to. The emphasis on getting to a desirable aspect in your career is re-iterated through out the entire book which could have been filled in with other business tips and better information. Basically if you can skip over the fluff this book has great things to offer.
