- Do you know that a year in the Bible is not 365 days long but 360 days? - Are you aware that the civil calendar we are using is really less than 270 years old? - Has anyone told you that Adam only left the garden of Eden in 3760 BC?
Many people proclaim we are living in the end of times. But are we?
When I first started the journey to discover the return of Christ, I shared the conventional beliefs that Jesus will indeed return very soon. My views have been forever altered when the Holy Spirit revealed to me new insights.
In my easy-to-read style, I will show you that the Bible is in fact a recipe for Jesus’ return. In Are We There Yet? I will answer the above as well as other thought-provoking questions •Will Christians face persecution? •Will America disintegrate? * Can we delay the second coming of Jesus?
In God’s timing, once these key ingredients are gathered and stirred, the dish, 'The Day of the Lord', will be served, whether we’re ready or not.

Any family that takes a road trip to a specific destination with their children are bound to be repeatedly asked ab nauseam: “Are we there yet? Are we there yet?”
This questioning doesn’t change as we get older, especially for those believers who are patiently waiting for the time they’ll witness the Lord’s return.
In this book the author, Peter Leong takes his readers with him as journeys to find the answer to this proverbial question regarding the return of our Lord. And just as bakers and chefs have recipes for their marvelous creations, Mr. Leong has apparently discovered the “secret” recipe that’s forever linked to his second rebirth, through the gifted visions he’s received from the third part of the Holy Trinity, that of the Holy Spirit himself.
There’s a myriad of questions which exist in the hearts and minds of believers regarding this blessed event, questions which Mr. Leong will attempt to answer within the pages of this book.
The only thing that is certain is that once all the prerequisites have been gathered in the divine place and carefully blended together, “The Day of the Lord” will have arrived. And until that day we must all remember that “Patience is a Virtue” and what I believe to some extend is stated in:
Contemporary English Version 2 Peter 3:15 Don't forget that the Lord is patient because he wants people to be saved. This is also what our dear friend Paul said when he wrote you with the wisdom God had given him.
For wanting his readers to understand the answer to proverbial question regarding the witnessing of the Lord’s return of “Are We There Yet?”, I’m very happy to give Mr. Leong the 5 STARS he’s receiving from this reviewer.
The topic of the Jesus' return fascinates me, especially when someone talks about predicting the date of His return. We have been warned by the Bible and preachers alike that the exact date is not be determined, and should not be; rather, we should be prepared, with our feet shoddened.
The book presents an interesting case for the study of the Second Coming. I found his writing clear, systematic and relevant.
It explains key principles to how we should study the end-times. Peter analyses data and world events and provides us with his view of how the world events relate to end-time signs. Peter also makes clear that understanding the end-times is not about prediction, but rather watching and praying, being aware of the times.
Of course, which end-time book will be complete without the author's take on the date of His return, albeit we should take it with a pinch of salt...
