A good advicebook but unfortunately not what I was looking for. The first chapter about morning routines where the best and confirmed that I have a good one myself. I even appreciated the exceeding of your brain. The thing I'm looking for is both what needs to been done in daily choirs and how to schedule them. Since I went outburned during spring 2009 and in the autumn the same year get one more pain disease I've lost my ability to make the day a routine. So some things and information about the minfulnesss, excercies and so on that you get to learn I have already learned at "Live with chronic pain"-schools.But it always good to repeat. The book is really good if you don't have a clue about mindfulness, how to be focused and how to start your day in the best way . I can sign under that the tips work!
