In the last installment, Only Forever, we finally get what I was desperately waiting for. Things settle down, get sorted out and Emma and Grayson talk about everything that has been going on. No more secrets, everything's about to get revealed. We follow them as they try to built a life for themselves and Cally, doing everything they can to make it as perfect as they ever imagined.

And let me tell you ... it definitely is perfect. They've been through a lot - together but also each of them alone. They're both incredible strong characters that fight for who and what they love and want to protect their families. I just admire their relationship so, so much! Right from the beginning I knew I'd love them both and obviously I wasn't wrong.

Emma has grown so much from the first book to now and she proved many times that she's an independant, strong woman who doesn't need a man to survive and take care of Cally. She's an amazing mother and would do anything for her little daughter, which I just loved! And Grayson, oh my ... he's so much more than the handsome, muscle-packed guy. Seriously those scenes with him and Cally brightened my day - I mentioned in my review of the last book, Only For Her, how much I needed to see some father-daughter-moments and oh my, did I get them! So incredibly sweet, I couldn't wipe the grin of my face!

Cally is a sunshine and you just have to love her! I mean, little kids are mostly sweet but she stole my heart with her cuteness! The way she just accepted Grayson as her dad and how she interacted with him gave me so many feels. I loved how much she helped him over all those bad things that had happened to him.

I'm really happy I stumbled upon this series and that I got the opportunity to read it because I loved it! The series, for me, got progressivly better and ended just perfectly. I think I couldn't have imagined a greater end. *sighs happily* Please, please check it out if you haven't already! The books are quick and easy reads, something for in between. You can't do anything wrong with that! ;)

A great ending to a great series. This was a little more action-packed, and we saw the introduction of the Titan men, and I have to say I'm definitely intrigued to read that series now! I loved the ending and that they got their HEA and it was so sweet with Callie. Beautiful and heartwarming.

Now that I've read all four novellas, I can rate this series 4-star and recommend it. It is well written, fast-paced, character development is decent, there is plenty of angst and drama and the romance is swoony. The main reason it isn't five-star, for me, is the fact that the plot was way too predictable. I would have liked more unexpected plot twists and turns but I figured out all of them. However, it's still a really great collection of novellas and I think I'll definitely be checking out the Titan series in the future.

Thanks to the author and Insklinger PR for providing a comp copy of this book, which I have voluntarily reviewed. This review will appear on my blog in due course. http://myyanabookobsession.com

The fourth and final novella in Cristin Harber's Only series, Only Forever, picks up immediately where the previous books left off. And, if you have yet read Only for Him, Only for Her and Only for Us, then you might want to as they're aren't standalone reads.

description

The course of true love hasn't run smooth for Gray and Emma over this series and with readers last left at the moment Gray is on the verge of discovering Emma's secret, the question is how he will react. And what made this book for me was the unexpected dramatic, action and tension-filled twist to events; for someone who loves her Titan boys, it was a real treat and fitted the story perfectly.

“Welcome to our world, gorgeous.”

Gray and Emma have been through so much over the course of these books. They've made mistakes, they have their faults but you can't not love them and want them to find their HEA as a couple and a family. This has been a story of true-love and, whilst I admit I'm not a particular fan of serialised novellas, Cristin Harber has done it well; she has certainly saved the best for last and has ended on a real high.

#3 and #4 in the series could have been one.

The conclusion doesn't add much more to the story.
A quick read.

“That’s my girl on stage. None of this makes sense. Sweet, innocent Emma. In what world is this happening?”

This is the final installment in the Only Series by Cristin Harber and while I am sad to close the door on this loving couple/family I am excited to explore more of the authors works especially her Titan series which ties in with this series. Emma and Grayson have been through it all and this reviewer was very excited to see them finally get some peace and move forward as a family.

“Life’s too unknown, with hidden enemies and unseen terrors. The idea that I could lose her again . . . it’s unbearable.”

If you are reading this review I would like to assume you have read the first three books in this series and if not please go back to those reviews so nothing is given away. Only Forever picks up right where the last book left off and Greyson has just found out that Emma has been stripping to support their daughter while he was missing. Devastated and sad that he put her in that position he nearly blows a job and a chance at a stable future when he reacts based on emotions. In the middle of all this Emma has accidentally gotten herself involved in a seedy underground with the club owner and is completely scared.

“You’re mine, Emma. But really, pretty mama, I’m all yours.”

Grayson and Emma as well as those friends and family all work towards acceptance and moving forward setting up their happily ever after in this conclusion to the Only Series. While I loved the whole subplot revolving around the club I would have almost preferred it come out more in an earlier book so that there would have had more time to develop it and make it into the action packed suspense it could have been. Still the whole book was a good wrap of a series I very much enjoyed and this having been the first thing by the author I read I am looking forward to exploring her work more.

A short, sweet and tender ending to the Only Series. Every little feeling wrapped up and tied with a very bright happily-ever-after bow. Loved each one of these books and the journey it took to becoming the "Ford Family."

Loved that the Titan guys showed up and delta, can't wait to read delta series. Grayson and Emma were perfect for each other the completed each other even if that sounds cheesy. This has to be my favorite short time series.

It's always sad to finish a series. You feel like you finally know the characters and bam it's over.

This fourth installment in the Only series starts off right where the third ended. And giirrlll that was an ending :O

You know I didn't know what Gray was going to do when he found out about Emma's job. I didn't expect him to freak out, I guess. The thing that kind of annoyed me was that Emma learned about something that's going on at work and her boss and the security are keeping and eye on her and she still finds time to get her groove on at work with Gray. Right after him finding out about her and knowing someone might walk in on them. I was just like Really, Really people, kind of like when they got together in her old room right after talking with Ryan, who is like right across from them and having her whole family right there. What if they were caught, awkward.

This book was a little more actiony then the others. Don't you like that there were a whole bunch of tall, musclelly guys everywhere. Just imagine :-) And they seemed cool, they talked to Emma and comforted her.

We read more about what Grays going through. He's traumatized and feels guilty about losing his team in the army and about leaving Emma and not knowing about Cally. They finally talk. Her family is open on having him back in the picture. They're slowly starting over and having the family they want.

Overall, I think these books were cute. You want someone like Gray to be there for you. And you want those happy endings. Even though they went through tough times, they got over it. Great Ending. Makes me happy for them. :-) :-)

It is always difficult to write a review for the final installment of a serialisation. What I will say is Cristin Harber shows how a serialisation should be done – not to many installments that you lose interest half way through and with super-fast release times between each section to maintain interest and tension.

The plot took an unexpected and action packed turn from the end o Only For Us. Lots of issues are resolved within the narrative allowing the reader closure in the most delicious way. Reconciliations add to the sense of HEA completion within the story.

The characters, both main characters and the supporting cast, show that letting people past your barriers and being able to rely on others promotes strength rather than weakness.

I still have issues with Mazie that I just don’t think I am ever going to get past, she is one character I wish I could forget about in this book :(

I have to say that Emma has been my favourite character throughout all the episodes. Her world view is inspiring, I adored her inner strength and her unwavering belief in herself and Gray ♥

Although I loved the conclusion of this series, I have to say I found the timeframe jumps a little disjointed in places and would have liked an expansion on some of the events within Only Forever, purely to swoon over

Only Forever is the fourth and final installment in the Only series. I’m sad to see this series go because I feel like I’ve been on the journey with these characters from starting with them in high school to being adults and parents.

Only Forever picks up again right where Only for Us left off. The story kicks off with a lot of drama and action, but for as these are short installments the story moves along quickly. I’m very happy with how the series wrapped up, all loose ends are tied up with a very sweet swoon worthy ending. I think my favorite character in the whole series is Emma and Grayson’s little girl Cally, she stole the show with her adorableness. She was so stinken cute! With the Only series being a set of four short installments, I never felt like I wasn’t getting the whole story or that anything was being left unfinished. Very well done Cristin Harber.

Emma really wanted to tell Grayson about her job and when he finds out…boy, does hell break loose!

One thing I really loved seeing is how there were no more secrets between Grayson and Emma because that is a big part of a relationship. This particular book had plenty of suspense, angst, passion and love, and had me tapping my tablet to get to the next page ASAP.

I will say that the passion between Grayson and Emma was HOT!! This was the last book in the series and it saddened me to see the end for Grayson, Emma and Cally, yet it left me satisfied. And maybe, just maybe, we can get a follow-up novella on them?! Oh, and a book on Ryan... Something tells me there is more than meets the eye with him and Sarah! ~ Kara, 5 Amazing stars

What a super great conclusion. Heartwarming moments and the happily ever after both Grayson and Emma deserve. A quote comes to mind after reading these books " Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass, it's about learning to dance in the rain" and that's what this story has been about. Life doesn't always follow a script but where you end up is usually where you should be.
Life, love, struggles HEA.... brilliant stories

*sigh*

What a fitting ending.
An ending that left me all happy and fuzzy. - and wanting more of Harber's kickass hotties.

The last instalment of the Only Series picks up right where Only for Us left off, a rather crueling but very expected cliffy.
But Harber managed to absolutely surprise me. Because I would have bet anything there is drama coming. I so thought I knew where the plot is going, then BAM.. and I was in the deep end again. I didn't expect THAT.
So the plot of this one; surprising for the first bit, swoon worthy and filled with closure for the rest.
There is plenty of action, some sizzles and a huge helping of uber-cute in this instalment.
Mostly though I am just surprised. I didn't expect that Harber will give me the cute & fluffy with a twist. I got my HEA, but not as sugary as I expected, I got drama but totally not the kind I was expecting. And for me this is the best part of Only Forever.

Now that I finished this epic journey with Gray and Em, it is nearly impossible to not compare the serials and look at the story as a whole.
And my first thought of it: A job well done. Harber nailed the serial thingy. Each part is unique and fabulous. Each part managed to surprise me, each part made me expect more and each of them delivered. And each part, retrospectively makes sense. I mean each part is somewhat a finished chapter in the story. Seriously it's very well done and I hope Harber will be doing another one.

I have on several occasions mentioned that I love Harber's writing. Only Forever was no exception. It's a well crafted novella. But more so after I finished it, I realised that while I would not describe myself as a suspense romance reader- Harber kinda just made me one.
She has just the right balance between the googey happy bits, the action and the sizzles, and all that is wrapped up in some good character building.

I love all the guys. I really really do. First they are totally swoon worthy. BUT more importantly, they all unique. I feel like I know them, I know their quirks and what haunts them... Same goes for the gals. Harber created some great characters, each one unique and likeable, but also totally human and with their fair share of flaws.
I mean Grayson...

(Or any of the other hotties)
Am I the only one hoping there will be a book for Ryan? Sure not...

A satisfying ending to a well crafted and entertaining serial. A must read for lovers of the genre.
And if you not one for serials? Only Forever will be released this Tuesday (5/18/15) - so read the entire series then ;)

Oh and guess what I will be reading soon? I've been waiting for more Audiobook releases of the Titan series... but oh well, I'll just have to imagine Jeffrey Kafer's voice reading it to me

"Everything was supposed to happen for a reason."

We have followed Emma and Grayson now from High School, separation, heartbreak, war, hard times and reconciliation. Emma had one last secret to tell and unfortunately Gray has just figured it out as all Hell breaks loose. Suddenly they are involved in some trouble and it will take a bit of finesse and maybe a little Titan to smoothe it out.

This situation only serves to show how devoted Gray is to protecting Emma, forces some opposing people to work together, and is a catalyst for change in several aspects of their lives. Gray is determined to be the man he is meant to be even if he was derailed a bit by his past.

"I'm not the best guy out there...But Jesus f***, I promise you Emma. I will be the best one for you No more sh** jobs, no more paycheck to paycheck. I'll figure it out."

I love this couple and their sweet girl, Cally. They have been through so much pain and heartbreak. There is no way Gray wants anything to come between them again. They are now a more mature, wiser couple and they have more life experiences for decision-making. But they are not perfect and are still figuring things out and mending scars and rifts.

"Grayson, however it happened, this is us. We either make progress toward our future of we drown in our excuses."

We have seen them go through so much over the years. This is finally the time where these two get to figure out the rest of their lives. They have both been to Hell and back. They have both made choices they are not proud of and had consequences. They have been known pain and devastation, as well and profound joy and passion. This is the final installment we have all been waiting for. The time for them to dig in and make the most of the second chance they have been given. Time to prove to those others that were hurt that they are sorry. And it also shows us more how Gray fits into the larger Titan family.

"You're mine, Emma. But really, pretty mama, I'm all yours."

"Families make mistakes. They walk away. They come back...And blood doesn't make a family."

I loved how this series has crossovers with Delta Team and Titan! It was a different type of series for Cristin Harber, but was emotional, sweet, romantic, heartbreaking, inspiring, and had enough tension and drama to keep me enthralled throughout four short installments. The characters were likable and well developed and I totally fell for them. I am going to be sorry to see this sweet NA series end, but it just make me more eager for Parker's book, Black Dawn, and Javier's book Delta: Revenge.

My Rating: 4 out of 5 Stars

Wow what a ride. Cristin's writing captivated me.  I loved Emma and Grayson's story. It's intoxicating and will leave you with quite the book hangover.  She will and remain the queen of cliffhangers…but what a beautiful ending. This series has officially made it to my favorite list.

If you have been following along, Only For Us left us with a big HUGE cliffhanger.  I was distraught and had no idea how Grayson was going to take knowing that Emma was a stripper.  But wow there is a huge twist in the story.  It's action packed…you will not be able to put the book down until you know the outcome.

But Grayson loves Emma regardless of her flaws.  That is what true love is about.  You accept them, you forgive and move on. Everyone could learn a few things from him.  And Cally wow where do I begin.  She is by far the cutest thing ever.  Grayson accepts fatherhood with open arms (and with pancakes and tickles).

This was an amazing story of love conquering all.  It will leave you with warm fuzzies.  I can't wait to start reading her Delta/Titan series now!

Favorite Scene: The private dance scene.
Favorite Quote:

"You're asking me to marry you!"
"We are."
We are.  God.  Shit, shoot, shit.  My heart can't take too much more of a good thing.

I think my heart just smiled. Right after it skipped a few beats. I couldn’t have more love for this series if I tried. Cristin ended this serial with passion, intensity and her trademark emotion that had tears welling in the corners of my eyes.

We were left off with Gray about to see Ems perform her second *errr third?* job…the one that she’s been keeping secret from him…the one that she so desperately wants to quit. Gray is there as an audition for his job. When all hell breaks loose, Ems gets thrown into danger and Gray has to battle his demons in order to be the man he needs to be. Sorry for the vagueness, but I’M TRYING NOT TO RUIN THIS FOR YOU. *pats self on back*

Gray and Ems continue to come closer together and the dopamine receptors in my brain were working overtime. [Was that the nerdiest description you’ve ever read of how much pleasure this book gave me? Hope so.] Cally and Gray also start bonding to the point that my ovaries nearly exploded.

The heat level is cranked up to high in this book. Just skip the fanning yourself part and go stick your head in the freezer. Their connection is strong, intense and utterly romantic. I know I mentioned previously that I hoped that Gray and Ems get the ending they so desperately deserve and I am so happy to report that THEY DO. [that’s not a spoiler. that’s an I’m-Really-Happy-With-The-Ending report].

This serial goes on your must read list or we’re no longer friends.

This is the final installment to the Only series. The climax, if you will, to Grayson and Emma's love story. For me the series unfolded like I was watching a movie. From the start of their relationship to the end of the story.

Grayson was basically auditioning for a job with the special ops group known as Delta. True Cristin Harber fans know what group I'm talking about. The group is in a strip club that's being watched for human trafficking. The problem is that Emma Works there, unbeknownst to Grayson. When he finds out, let's just say that he's not pleased at all.

The suspense in the book was okay but not Harber's usual offering. That's alright because it's the love story that hooks you. A young woman who looked as though she had it all, until it was ripped from her and a man that thought he had nothing to offer, until he lost it and realized he had everything.

This is a great series from one of my favorite authors. A precious love story with some suspense thrown in...perfect combination. It left me with a full heart, a smile on my face and anticipating where this author is going next. Wherever that is, I have my seat belt buckled and I'm ready for the ride.

I will be formally reviewing for the release and blog tour, but oh my goodness, what a beautiful ending for these two (three). We get to see Emma and Gray in a longer time frame, and we see them settling into a forever kind of life. Like SWEET GIRL was, this entire serial is very romantic, very new adult (as it was meant to be) -- but the glimpses of Delta we get here make you excited for that series to pick up and move on.
Like I said, I'll formally review ONLY FOREVER but I needed to get some words out there right after reading 'the end'..!
Cristin -- fabulous job with this little project/endeavor you took on. It was a lovely way to introduce a new character to the fold who would have his HEA before the team stuff!

Grayson and Emma are finding their way to forever when Grayson discovers a secret Emma has kept from most of the people she loves.

I had anxiety about this installment in the series. The ending of the third installment made me concerned for Gray and Emma's HEA. This installment is satisfying and a wonderful ending to this four novella series and a great little glimpse at some of the characters we will see in future Cristin Harber books.

A fantastic ending - and if you haven't started this novella series - I highly encourage you to get all four and just read them one after another - which I might do soon as a reread.

I received this novella from the author and this is my honest review.

Gray finds out about Emma’s secret in the worst way possible which starts a domino effect that places her in danger, but his actions prove that Emma will always come first even if it jeopardizes his standing with Titan.

Although Gray may be angry about her secret, he shoulders a lot of blame and regret as he feels if he had been there for her this would never have happened. After the events of the evening transpire the strength and resilience of this couple shines through and now the focus is on repairing his relationship with her family as well as strengthening their own family unit.

Gray and Emma are soulmates and if any couple is deserving of a happy ever after is them. The performance of the narrators was flawless and had you invested in the outcome of the story.

What a great conclusion to the Only series (novel in parts). Grayson and Emma find themselves getting to know one another. He's making amends to the family that helped raise him and he's establishing a relationship with his precious little girl. That alone is daunting but he's also getting settled in with his new teammates. He's found a job with other bad*ss guys that fills the void that has been lost since he lost his military brothers. Throw in human trafficking and powerful bad guys and you've got an exciting story that you can't finish fast enough.

Cute read...I think Emma was a little too quick to bring Gray into the fold. But I did give her a little slack since she was a single struggling mom. I think if I had that going on, I would bring back the person I have loved a lot quicker. If I wasn't a struggling mom, then he would have had to work much harder to get back into my good graces.

The original concept of the series was great, but short books running in place and then giving me a nonchalant ending was frustrating. This series should have been one book...rating 3.5.
