Captivating read.
Really enjoyed reading this book. Keeping up with the different where and when layers, is challenging, meeting familiar characters in those new layers helps being it all back. A great start to the new series look forward to seeing where this story leads.

A great start to Kiera Hudson (Series 4). I love the characters of Annora Snow and Karl Potter and it was brilliant to see some old characters from series 1 back in this book. If you love Kiera Hudson, don't miss out on this one. So looking forward to book 2.

Karl Potter
I must say that this series just keeps getting better. I love that we now have the son of Sean and Kiera’s to take over where his parents left off . I absolutely enjoyed reading this book . It’s series 4 book 1 and I can already tell it’s going to be another big hit for Tim OROURKE . I highly recommend it if you have enjoyed the series so far than get ready to be blown away with the next installment of the Kiera Hudson Series . It will be interesting to see just how much Karl will take after his parents and how he will react when he discovers what exactly is parents were and what he himself is ... I can’t wait for book 2 to come out in June .. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 a definite 5 star

Expect the unexpected
This was an enjoyable start to the new series. I like Annora Snow and it will be an interesting journey for her to find Karl. Some old favourites showed up and being pushed can rewrite one's history or erase it altogether so I wonder what has been changed. The author has a way of making you identify with the characters. You then become invested in the outcome and want them to get their happily ever after. In these stories, there is always a twist and nothing is guaranteed which is why they are fun to read.

Tim never disappoints,, been a fan of Kiera Hudson from first ever book Tim wrote, I thoroughly enjoyed this first instalment, about to start the second book in the vampire detective series.
