About the author

I know, I KNOW the title should have clued me in but I was curious and I had to see what it was about. I'm just gonna leave a line from the book. You're welcome.

Twelve inches of rock-hard, meaty cum canon, nestled right between my fucking ass cheeks.

I'm currently creaming my panties with some warm pussy juices while I think about Zane.

I don't know if this was written like rom/com or as a joke but it clearly didn't work for me.

Woo this one was hot!! I fiery independent female CEO and a cocky, alpha male CEO come together in this one. She knows exactly what she wants and how to get it. Too bad feelings start to develop! Zane the playboy is known for his prowness with the ladies maybe 2 or 3 at a time. Piper's company was Zane number one client so she is basically off limits plus she hates him. Piper walks in as Zane is doing the ladies on Piper's desk. She flips out and tells him all of them to get out and for him to clean up her desk. If she didn't need Zane's company she would fire his company. But, if that wasn't bad enough she goes home to find her boyfriend in bed with someone else. Piper is getting so she wants to swear off men but then she gets this idea of having a baby. Piper goes to dinner with Zane and she is fighting off her attraction to him. Piper gives in and they gave sex in the back of the limo. The next day Piper has Zane to come to her office. She gives him a proposal the he can kept his job if he gives her some baby batter. Zane was taken back at her proposal and told her he would get back to her. Piper and Zane sign a contract even though are some unusual demands, but in a funny way. Piper feels she has the upper hand in the situation but really it belongs to Zane. Piper goes to the plant to see Zane while he gives her a tour where she almost gets caught up in one of the machines. Zane and Piper go to Zane's office which has Piper going insane she wants Zane so much there and then. Piper calls later and Zane is really nasty and rude to her. David, Piper's ex boyfriend goes to Zane and tells him he knows about the contract and if he doesn't leave her along he will destroy Zane's company. Meanwhile Zane and Piper are getting along famously and they are still trying for a baby. Piper goes to Zane's house and finds the contract that she thought Zane was going to sign. Piper freaks out and throws the contract at Zane and storms out. Will
Zane be able to tell Piper about what was going on with David? Will Piper and Zane finally get together or is there too much pain.

I got this book a while and my apologies to the author for taking so long to read it. Because of the genre, cringe-worthy title, and what I assumed would be the story arc I didn't place this book high in the To Be Read pile.

I recently ran out of ready to read books on my Kindle and while shuffling through the list saw that I had skipped this book. So, holding my nose I started reading.

I have to admit despite the horrible title and ridiculous premise, this book is actually not that bad. The author is talented, and writes excellent dialogue. The characters are well fleshed out for the story, but perhaps not to the degree that they could be.

This is a fairly raunchy book, and I suggest it for mature readers 18 years of age or greater. While I don't think this book strayed into the word porn category, it definitely has a lot of gratuitous sex. Safe sex is never practiced, but since this is fantasy I am ok with that.

One thing I found rather stupid is after the "Baby Batter" (god what a horrible name, it alone almost made me toss this book in the trash pile) contract is signed, the male is supposed to get tested for STDs. Well kinda late since the man already raw dogged the woman a few days before in the limo and then they both go on to ignore that stipulation in the contract completely. What kind of bone-headed CEO makes a provision in a contract and then goes on to ignore it?

I have a couple other of this author's works and as I get through them I will review them. For some reason this author's works are no longer found on Amazon. I am unsure if this author was a victim of Amazon's author purge (several romance authors were removed) or for some other reason this author is no longer on KU.

Zane is the CEO of this manufacturing company and Piper is the CEO of her lingerie company and together they have a great business relationship but that’s it. Zane is a manwhore and shows it every time Piper looks at him, the last straw was when she caught him with three lingerie models having sex on her desk in her office and although she is pissed off deep down she wishes it was her he was with and Zane seems to notice this coming from her and asks her if she wants to join in she reply’s with a big no and tells the women to leave, after they leave Piper turns to Zane and asks why she shouldn’t fire him he panics for a moment and she sees this after everything that’s happened with catching her now ex David in her bed with another woman and catching Zane in her office she lets loose and gives it to him then tells him to leave. After some thought she decides she wants a baby and doesn’t need a man just a sperm doner and she draws up a contact and calls Zane back to her office telling him if he want to keep working together with her he has to help her get pregnant with his baby batter he agrees and signs the contract. And so the fun begins with the twists and turns and the blackmail coming from her ex David and the laughs this is really a great book. Does Piper fall pregnant, does David blackmail work, and do they get together and do get there HEA read this book to find out I strongly recommend it.

Sizzling Passion...

She is beautiful, smart and sexy and knows exactly what, or who, she wants. Zane the CEO of the manufacturing company that makes her lingerie comes to her office and has a foursome with three of her models. It's just as well as it wasn't me walking in or they would all have been out that building before they could take their next breath - so not a turn on. But Piper is different and finds it sexy?! I wasn't sure at this point whether I wanted to read the rest of the story as Zane was way too full of himself and would have sex with anyone without caring. But Piper lusts after him and proposes a deal with him. He will get her pregnant but it will all be a business deal - no emotions involved at all. From this point I loved the story as the chemistry between the two of them was off the scales and it was fun to see how they interacted with one another. But time spent together, getting to know each other, what each other likes and how they respond to each other is magical and I can completely see her attraction to him. From my starting point in the book [the beginning after the 'desk incident' I thought that this was a very well written story which was compelling to read. This is a story with plenty of steam heat that make make a Kindle or two melt and with a twist when David makes a play to win Piper back. Who will Piper choose? To find out you need to get this book, turn off your phone. Lock the door. Settle yourself into a comfortable seat and enjoy!

Zane is the CEO of this manufacturing company and Piper is the CEO of her lingerie company –they create sparks together and their chemistry is off the chain insanely hot. They have a business relationship and that’s it, for Piper wont touch Zane because he is too much of a manwhore, especially after the last incident, involving models in her office and on her desk. That was the last straw for her. After that incident, Piper then catches her boyfriend cheating on her on the same day. Piper just wants a sperm doner and she draws up a contact and calls Zane back and makes him an offer he cant refuse-- if he want to keep working together with her he has to help her get pregnant with his baby batter . Zane has always been attracted to Piper and wanted to bed her but get her pregnant?? Will Zane help Piper or will he completely quit working with her and also give up the chance to bed her as well?
This was a sexy and seductive romp about two people who spark off each other along with an evil villain who was out to cause the main characters grief. The plot was great, the characters engaging and the ending fabulous.

Piper is a lingerie designer and Zane is a clothing manufacturer they work well together until Piper catches Zane having sex with her models on her desk. She can't fire him so she has a better idea have him make her pregnant and he can keep working with her. Zane isn't happy about what Piper wants at first but then he's is all in. Things get scorching hot as Piper and Zane start trying to get her pregnant. Everything was going well until Piper's ex decided that if he couldn't have her no one would. Will Zane see that there's more he can have with Piper? Will Piper's ex destroy everything they have worked for?

This was a great story. I loved the characters and the story will keep you turning pages until you don't even notice you've come to the end. Alexis Angel doesn't disappoint in her books if you haven't read anything by her grab this book and you'll want to read the rest.

I liked this story it was actually really good. I was really into Zane and Piper story. It’s crazy how I just finished a book with a guy named Zane who gotten married then turn around and started another book with another guy name Zane I said really, lol!

Spoilers here and there maybe? Who knows!

Piper ex Boyfriend was so wack to me I was glad that Zane got him back for what he tried to do. No one told Piper ex to cheat on her and then get mad when he finds out that Piper was trying to have a baby with Zane. From sneaking into her office room, and reading the contract. Heck, the one that cheated. And then she found love with Zane and had a daughter, though I was rooting for a little boy the whole time. Even Zane feel in love with Piper and live happily ever after.

Very well written short story with great storyline and plot. A sweet romance. It is a nice read. Full of expanse and hotness.

I love the journey towards their HEA. There are laughs, drama, passion, emotions, hot scenes, twists and lots of chemistry in this amazing story. It is written in dual POV which gives the reader much more of the thoughts and feelings of the main characters. Great romance with a twist and very enjoyable read though.

I like the main characters and how they develop. The story flows nicely and it is very captivating from first to last chapter. The author has delivered a story that is worth the read!

I recieved an ARC via booksprout and happy to give my honest review. Another hot and sexy book by Alexis Angel. Not that the sex wasn't hot and amazing, but the story was great. Two very strong personalities that should clash at every turn end up together in the best way possible; with a signed contract and sexy times to make a baby. Both Zane and Piper are very strong business people that have companies they are resposible for, but get them to open up to each other and they are funny, sexy and really need each other. Loved this book.

She catches him doing what? Zane is a notorious playboy and is caught red handed by Piper with three not one of her models. She is appalled, but she needs him to manufacture the lingerie she sells.Piper also needs a small favor she wants Zane to get her pregnant.



This was a really smoking steamy read.
The love scenes were some of the best love scenes I have ever read. Piper and Zane were through the roof.
Will Piper get her much wanted baby and maybe the man too?

Young writer possibly....

The ideas are good but the execution is lacking as is the depth of characters. As a matter of fact, I didn’t like either of the characters. I know the author was trying to make them look independent and outgoing but only succeeding in making them both shallow and unlikable. The plot twist felt like it was an after thought... stuck in to give the book some zing but there was no depth there either. Seriously though, with some more thought and direction there could be talent here.

So much no. The characters were flat and one-dimensional. The plot was super flimsy. The whole thing didn't really make sense. If the author had ever spent time with folks with these kinds of roles that these characters had, they wouldn't have put together such a weak premise with unrealistic situations and actions. Everything that wasn't the sex scenes seemed to be written as a last minute excuse to have the sex scenes... and use the term "baby batter" as often as possible. If I could scrub this book from my brain, I would.

This story in not for the faint at heart with the all cussing and hot steamy sex plus blackmailing going on. I thought Piper and Zane’s story was funny and very hot. The characters are great together in the board room and bedroom or any surface for that matter. It’s a funny way Piper figures out how to get Zane exactly where she wants him with a contract. Of course, Piper and Zane get more than what they bargain with contract in place. Can they just walk away after the contract deal is made? Grab the book and found out.

Great book

I enjoyed this book a lot. Piper wants a baby and she picks her nemesis, Zane, to provide the 'baby batter'. She even series a contract to that effect and Zane signs it. Things are progressing smoothly until David, her ex, shows up. David threatens As he's company unless Zane stays away from Piper. By this time, Zane and Piper have fallen in love, so when she finds David's 'contract' she goes ballistic. Zane does some conniving and gets David's backers to stand with him instead. Zane wins and gets Piper in the end.

Zane is so cocky he invites her to join in. Piper has a great view of his equipment, and has been hiding her attraction for quite awhile. To get what she wants, a baby, she threatens to fire Zane if he does not sign a contract to impregnate her on her terms. Great way to get what you want, as long as your cheating ex-boyfriend doesn't find it and use it to blackmail your potential baby daddy.

This great read is fun, flirty and sexy. This is an easy read that grabs your attention from the very start and doesn't let up. The storyline is well-written and the characters are developed. The H/h start out as contract colleagues but end up being so much more. I enjoyed this book and would recommend it to anyone who loves this genre.

Super hot "bunny action" with harsh language? Sign me up!

Trying out new ways to say boink without being stale or over-the-top. The language used by both characters is blunt, graphic, and honest to a fault. Most authors save the dirty talk for bedroom action scenes only, but not Alexis Angel. Inner thoughts are uncensored and very dirty for our lovers. If super graphic language isn't for you, don't read this one, for all others enjoy every dirty word.

Another great read! This is a page turner for sure! There is plenty of hotness , along with a great story. With alot of fun and sweetness this is a great book to lock yourself away with. Alexis Angel never disappoints with her books.

The only thing is that two of the stories were completely new for me but the rest I've already read so I skippedey do da day all the way to the end. Stretched Exaggeration Past Good Storytelling

The excessive arrogance in first person, was way too much. The characters didn't grow; they just announced a change of plans, or mind. The prose was jerky, and hard to follow. This is not a style of ridiculous and over-the-top, story I enjoy.
