Very good self help book.
My take,
9 daily Habits:
1.Reading and Numbers-First Love -Reading :)
2.The Principal of compounding- "Compound Interest is 8th Wonder of the world", those you understand power of it will earn, those who don't pay for it:).
3.The circle of Competence- know your strength and build on it .
4.Power of Isolation-Involve with self, stay away from Internet and Phone.
5.Inner Scorecard or Outer Scorecard- Off course inner Score card and self trust.
6.Do what you love- we all know this but how many of us really follow .
7. Cash is King -Really??- Worst investment you can have is cash.
8.Invest in Yourself-google is just work on Algorithm, don't waste too much time on research. Decide the course you want to do and just do it by simple decision: Joined & Paid? Completed?
9. Time Management -Learn to say NO. All successful people may not know what to do for success but they surely know what NOT to do ;)

A quick walkthrough into Warren Buffet's habits and style of living. Some good pointers in there which are more or less a common set of actions that we see high acheivers follow.
But the book is disappointing in a way that there are way too grammatical errors and typos. When you write about a legend, even if its a small piece, I think there should be due repect given in the way its written and edited.

Habits are the cornerstone of successful people.

Habits are the cornerstone of successful people. I believe if one decides to just follow these 9 that Issac mentioned being followed by Buffet, sooner than later he/she will be successful. Success to be decided first which involves deciding your top 5 goal and relentlessly working on it.

A good read. No philosophy though. Purely practical

- Only 2 things matter to get any desired result. Willingness to do and action.
- 1. Reading + Numbers
- 2. The Principal of Compounding in Finance and Life He often quotes that Albert Einstein once said, “Compound interest is the 8th wonder of the world. He, who understands it, earns it ... he who doesn't ... pays it.”
- 3. Circle of competence: The lesson from this habit is to take a break and find your own circle of competence! And then act! Everything falls in place and you would find yourself on the right path. Hit only if it’s on your zone
- 4. Power of isolation, thinking and No Internet!
- 5. Inner scorecard or outer scorecard? “The big question about how people behave is whether they've got an Inner Scorecard. Essence of this habit is to follow what you love, irrespective of what others say and then stand your ground. The world will keep on saying a few things and then the same people would criticize you for not being original. Just do what you love and experiment. Have an inner scorecard.
- 6. Do what you love – The Science of not getting bored and eventually succeed!
- 7. Cash is King
- 8. Invest in yourself - Pay yourself first!
- 9. Time management: - 24 hours/1440 minutes a day

Treasured compilation of the lifestyle of Legendary frugal persona

it is said that you are what you repeatedly do; the habits you have makes you the person who you are! A very good compilation of one of the most successful and humble persona that is too the point. Just make your Bucket list around the habits you liked, follow it for few days and that will make this book worth reading.

P. S : yes, definitely, ignoring the proofreading part here, as "The main thing is to keep the main thing main thing" and the main thing about this is execution that you can make after reading this book!

The quickest yet impactful book of all times. See how these 43 papers work like magic in your life.
It is a quick walkthrough into the influential lifestyle of Warren Buffett. How at the mere age of 10, Warren started identifying and inculcating these habits in his life which in turn led him to be the influential man with $83 billion wealth.
Read this book as a investment on self.

An interesting read. I recommend this book to all procrastinators. You'll definitely feel motivated. Give this book a shot & you'll get to know what you're doing wrong. Such a motivating read.
I loved how short but precise this book was. This book doesn't tell you about investment or how to earn money like Warren but how he has managed his time & achieved a lot from that.
This book won't take much of your time but in the end will definitely give a motivation to start or change your lifestyle.

I liked this book but I am not going to follow all the lessons. The reason being I am not Warren Buffett. I should give myself some credit for doing the things best to my knowledge and waking up every day to keep the rhythm of life going on.

I loved his one habit a lot that is of reading. I read a lot and it should be considered as a privilege to be born and read every day.

A very short read. I would say the author has studied the interviews of Warren buffet and tried to extract his 9 activities that he does. Still the book stands invaluable because of the insight it gives into the life of the richest person on Earth. A very practical book and will definitely help you grow if you execute this knowledge.

Scan through the thoughts

Good content but a couple of grammatical errors and could have been more detailed. Definite, partially successful attempt at bringing it close to execution.

A good summary of the learnings from Warren Buffet's life. However the book has very little focus on instances and examples to support these learning and is more of a passing reference. Quite a few grammatical errors in the book.

Overall, an ok read. Would rate it 3/10

Nothing great. Just a bunch of short essay which are quite generic to any successful person. The ratings are hyped. I guessed a 4+ start rating will host good content, but disappointed. A quick read but nothing new to learn specifically about Buffet.
