Great basis for practical ways to improve yourself and your organization.

The positive start is that I liked the basic premise - if your employees are physically healthy and active it allows them the capacity to have better drive, focus and performance in an organization. There was some good nutritional advice as well as exercise ideas, plus he advocated starting slow with activities you enjoy. Great realistic and sustainable advice.

That said, I struggled to find much insightful beyond really basic points. I have read/seen many management books and speakers, so it may be more helpful for someone new to organizational management. But even if so, I would point them toward any number of other books. I also get a bit squeamish when anyone advises taking 20-40 tablets per day of any supplement regardless of what it is. Coincidence that he sells that supplement on his website?

Overall, the book was not a quality investment of my time.
