Book 1 - ****
I instantly liked all the characters. It has all the feels. About being vulnerable enough to find love again after abuse. Steamy too.
Book 2 - *
It was a good book until about 3/4 through. It started out with a typical fun and sexy Prince and Commoner story. Then the genre suddenly turned into magic, spy, action, porn. I can't even say everything I did not like about the last 1/4 of this book. The ending had too much crammed into it and it left you confused.
Book 3 - ****
This is the sexiest of all the stories. It was also just sooo sweet, I fell in love with the characters. My biggest complaint was that these intelligent up front people suddenly started not communicating and making assumptions. It was still good and I would read a spin off of the other characters.
Book 4 - **1/2
I am not a fan of the gang/mob/bikers genre. I don't even find those men sexy. They have been best friends for 20 years and during a part of the story he treats her like any other gang bimbo he doesn't care about. Also, she grew up with a biker dad but is naive about what could be happening in the back rooms. The only thing that saved this book for me was that once he moved in and they got comfortable you could see he cared. I loved when she got a backbone and put both men in their place.
