Best casebook of law school so far! Love the explanations, balanced approach to hot button issues, and abundant sass. My humanities heart has been starving since coming to law school... this casebook, with its references to classic literature, architecture, and history (a full page portrait of Henry VIII), what more could a student ask for?

5 stars for the blackpink question on the chain of title. unfortunately that was the only fun question in the book
