You've Got Fail

Rate this book
She's driving me crazy. Or am I the one driving myself crazy? I can't tell anymore. Ever since Scarlet Rocket showed up in the flesh, she's turned my structured world upside down. My neatly ordered life, my hand-painted Aliens versus Vampires figurines, my expertly curated comics collection--none of these things provide any shelter from her sexy, sassy onslaught. It's a disaster of my own making. She didn't exist until I created her. Now, I can't get her out of my mind, and all I want to do is get her into my bed. Never mind that she's a thief, a liar, a con-woman. Every step she takes leaves chaos in her wake. And damn if I don't want more of it. This is a full-length romantic comedy that will have you guffawing, or at least snorting hard. xx

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! You’ve Got Fail (stand-alone). Willis strikes a deal with con-artist Scarlet to stop un-officially impersonating his online persona & instead do it officially!

You’ve Got Fail (stand-alone) opens up to relationship adviser and blogger and soon-to-be author Willis Halloran aka Sparky realizing someone is impersonating him.

He cannot afford to be linked to impropriety!

Granted he may have shammed the public believing that he is a female, but that doesn’t mean he wants a sexy red-head prancing around pretending to be him uh I mean her.

And to make matters worse she is a pick-pocketer!

Willis’ agent to the rescue striking a deal with con artist Scarlet Rocket. Now all they have to do is act like a happy couple with Scarlet as the relationship expert and Willis her beau.

Easy enough until sexual frustration and well-kept secrets derail them!

Five words to describe Willis Halloran aka Sparky: Introvert, noble, mysterious, private and reflective.

Five words to describe Scarlet Rocket: Motivated, desperate, smart, resourceful and determined.

You’ve Got Fail, told dual POVs, is a sexy, funny RomCom with a pinch of angst, danger and suspense. A sham upon another sham complicated by their sexual attraction and brewing friendship.

"Stop running from me."

You've Got Fail is a laugh out loud romantic comedy by the great Celia Aaron. If you are looking for a light read full of some good old fashioned sexy fun and a side of intrigue, then this is one romantic comedy you do not want to miss!

description
"The feels, in all their sticky glory,
bubbled inside me."
Willis Halloran is an author who has found great success with his sexy blog. Using the pen name Scarlet Rocket he has managed to impersonate a woman and offer healthy advice on relationships and love. When Willis discovers he has an imposter claiming to be Scarlet Rocket his world is turned upside down. The imposter is sexy and quite the conwoman. Willis' publicist is happy to use the vixen as a publicity stunt to help boost the author's notoriety. However, when Wills falls hard for her and sparks fly, she proves that she is simply irresistible.

description
"I can't get her out of my mind."
Told in dual POV, You've Got Fail offers plenty of laughs and a story full of heart. Willis is one sexy nerd and when he meets "Scarlet" together they become the most unlikely match. The connection between the two is intense and full of intrigue as the true "Scarlet" is revealed. As the plot unfolds, the humor pours out of the text and Willis and "Scarlet" create an explosive splash (or should I say squirt?) on every page.

description

Overall, You've Got Fail will appeal to readers looking for a funny and light read with a colorful cast of characters and a love story with plenty of smoking hot steam. I have long been a fan of Celia Aaron due to her diverse writing and mad skills as a storyteller which never fail to amaze me!

3.75 “You don't need me to shine” stars 🌟

“You are evil.”
“Maybe a little. But I’m yours.”
“That’s all that matters.”

Celia Aaron is one of my favourite authors, but I've only read dark-ish romance books by her in the past. This one is a rom-com, which although wasn't as funny as the blurb promises, I had a fun time reading it.

You've Got Fail features a con artist and a nerdy blogger as the MCs.

Scarlet Rocket is the writer of a very popular dating and relationship advice blog. Now, with a name like that, the blogger is bound to be a woman, right? Wrong, because plot twist! Scarlet is actually the pen name of a man named Willis.

Obviously he can't reveal his identity to the world, and that's where the story starts. A gorgeous redhead has been attending high-class events and calling herself *the* Scarlet Rocket. Willis is pissed when he gets to know that someone has been stealing his identity and decides to confront her.

Her vanilla scent had entangled me, and the red of her lips should have been a warning instead of an enticement. But she was the type of woman you couldn’t avoid, couldn’t look away from, and definitely couldn’t forget.

Turns out, fake Scarlet is a con artist, and also a thief. Long story short, with Scarlet Rocket's upcoming book release, they come up with an arrangement where she pretends to be the real Scarlet in front of the world for the sake of publicity, while he manages the blog behind the scenes.

They have a tentative friendship with tons of sexual tension and very cute banter!

“Speechless is a cute look on you, Sparky.” She smiled and leaned back against the leather seats as we maneuvered through traffic.
“It’s just that you’re so, so…” My mind short-circuited as it tried to settle on one word to describe what a stunning creature she was.
Her big brown eyes focused on me, expectant, with maybe just a hint of self-consciousness.
“Pretty.” Ohmygodyoudumbass!
She smirked, the devil in her details. “For a writer, you have a terribly small vocabulary.”

I loved that Willis was not the typical alpha hero we've all come to expect while reading a romance novel. He was a nerd and a fanboy, who totally embraced that gloriously awkward side of himself! So, so cute 💖

Slowly running his fingers through my hair, he said, “I just want you to know you’re special to me. This was special to me. Everything about our moments together since we met. Special. That’s all.”

Fake Scarlet (can't reveal her real name, because: spoiler!) is determined not to be attached to Willis, and thinks herself to be undeserving of him.

I knew in the end, I’d wind up hurting him beyond repair. Because that was who I was. He was the good guy. I was the villain in disguise.

However, my sweet and awkward man wins her over in the end!

Everything that I’d worked to make hard and cold inside me softened under his touch and the warmth in his eyes. He was beautiful inside and out, and in this moment, I was his. What was more, I wanted to be his.

Overall, this was a light-hearted fun story with a little angst thrown in. Also, I really liked the side characters!

***

P.S.: I have a problem with that cover. No, I'm not blind, I know the cover model is gorgeous. But there's like, less than 5% romance books that include a guy with glasses, and this is one of them, so the cover guy needs to be the same!!

I’ll be honest and tell you that I ‘accidentally’ read a few reviews before going into this one. Why? Well, I’m a huge fan of this author and I’ve loved everything I’ve read from her so far, especially her darker stuff. So when I saw that she had a book coming out with a lighter feel, I wanted to have some kind of advanced inkling as to what it would be about. How well it would be received, I guess. I thought I knew what to expect, but again, my assumptions are far from perfect 100% of the time. I was thrown and realized that I am now a huge fan of her light-hearted writing as well!!

I loved Willis. Loved… Loved… Loved this man!! He was freaking awesome!! He was dorky, sweet, kind, thoughtful, sexy, and the perfect sort of man for his thieving counterpart, ‘Scarlet’. Willis was the man behind the woman, in a way. He ran a successful advice blog under the pseudonym ‘Scarlet Rocket’. He had absolutely no intention of outing himself to the public. But what happens when ‘Scarlet’ starts turning up at all sorts of events and ends up in the media? Well, Willis had to confront this imposter to find out her motivation behind stealing his ‘identity’. All without letting anyone else know the truth. It was a recipe for disaster and so fun to watch unfold.

This story was not only humorous, it was downright sexy. The chemistry and connection between Willis and ‘Scarlet’ was insane and intense. Their rapport, the way they played off of each other, the steady build of their relationship, how hard ‘Scarlet’ tried to fight the inevitable, the way she tried so hard to resist the irresistible temptation that was Willis was a delight to this particular reader. I loved it all. The drama, the angst, the laughs, Jason, Elias, Hannah, everything! If you’re a fan of stories that tickle the old funny bone while being extremely steamy, you’re not gonna want to pass this one up!!

She’s making me crazy. And I only just met her.

If you enjoy romantic comedies, then I’m telling you to IMMEDIATELY #oneclick this book. Heck if you hate romantic comedies, I think you should buy this book. I read it on kindle unlimited, but decided to buy it immediately after THAT is how good it is.

A con and a nerd. Banter that is oh so good. Comedic timing that is BEYOND spot on. Agh. This was amazing writing. A fun romance. Interesting characters. I loved this book so much I can’t even properly write it all down. It gave me all of the feely feels.

I’m only sad it’s over. I want to live in this world filled with witty banter and steamy naughty bits!

I didn't like the characters. One is a man writing a blog and a book posing as a woman, the other is a thief and an imposter. He is an anti-social nerd, she is a shameless con-artist.

DNF at %20. Maybe I will come back later if more of my friends read it and leave good reviews.

Well... I'm disappointed. I had higher expectations from this book.
First of all... that cover is not the one for this book. Willis had blue eyes and the guy on the cover screws that. And what kind of name is Willis?! I couldn't picture him all hot and nerdy.
Second of all... The story had no continuity. It felt like the action was written in a rush. Actually... there was no action (except the ending).
And how fast Willis forgave Scarlet. Ow, come on! 🙄
However, I liked the idea of a con and a nerd. It was somehow original.
Some quotes I liked though:
“If you lay a finger on her, there will be exactly two hits. I’ll hit you, and you’ll hit the floor.”
“It got me to start working on the blog. Like it was an outlet for my broken heart.”
“I yawned and fell asleep in the safety of his love.”

Celia Aaron does quirky, funny, and sweet oh so well in the sexy little novel. I REALLY enjoyed the characters. The heroine in particular was a favorite of mine. It's not often that I love the female of a book, but somehow Celia always gives me what I want in that regard.

Willis and Scarlet meet in the most unconventional way. I loved the two of the together immediately. She beautiful and cunning. He a sexy nerd who doesn't buy into her bullshit. They're a perfect match! The conversations between these two are HILARIOUS!

"I had a vision of strangling you. And I'm not a violent man."
I swirled my wine. "Oooh, foreplay. I like it."

Scarlet such a firecracker! She's independent, self-assured, and a survivor. Running into Willis changes her plans in the best possible ways.

The storyline is super cute. I loved the blogger aspect. The characters are fantastic. And the writing is top notch! This is definitely not a fail; it's a major WIN! Recommended.

I've been laughing so loudly, I've scared myself Lmao😂 . Insanely funny , this book will have you rolling on the floor in no time !
I've been snaughling non stop, tears in my eyes and almost peeing in my pants. This book requires shamwow panties for an entirely different reason 😁
Read this book people, so fantastically witty and humorous , Ms Aaron is my new Rom-Com Shakespeare 😂
Poor Willis Halloran. He's a cute, nerdy type , realllllly sexy , hot nerd , let me add . He sits behind a computer in his pyajmas ( which I'd like to remove with my teeth ) , wearing his star wars bloomies ( a Monster Warrior from outer galaxy hides within😍) and he writes a blog!!!!
Omg it's like He and I are meant to be !!💏 we're both bloggers !!!!!! Give him to me Celia!!!
Anywho, so he writes a blog about relationship and sex advice under the name of Scarlet Rocket. A real Agony Aunt , except aunt is a dude. So his life is going pretty fairly well behind the curtain when Boom !! Real Scarlet lands up. Now she may be an Imposter stealing his limelight, his business, his name, his wallet, other people's wallets, some jewellery , some money clips..........
See, Ms Sticky Fingers Imposter Scarlet Rocket is a thief! And so fantastic at stealing, it's giving Willis nightmares. So they come to and agreement of sorts to both be scarlet and make bank .
The terms of agreement - He has to play sidekick, she has to stop with the kleptomania
Only glitch they hit - she steals his heart and never gives back !

description

I'm telling you -> READ.THIS.BOOK.NOW!!!
And you're welcome !
I laughed like a maniac whenever Elias came on the scene. He's Willis's friend who is inventing new sex toys every other day. His newest toy is

“It’s a dildo that squirts its own lube. The SquickyLube?
A dildo on crack, right?”
“No, you’re thinking of my rear entry device with additional vibrating fingers. This is more of a smooth-talking dildo, eases right in.”

Willis is a real nerd of the Star Wars category, he geeks our in Commander Reptilian movie, when he meets the Star Jason, he almost has his panties creamed......sorry Bloomies creamed. It was such a gigglefest, I had a hard time stopping laughing!
Then there's Todd, persistent and annoying as a mosquito, hovering around scarlet, making Willis green with envy. Its funny how his geeky layers hide such a cute sexy AF, funny persona.

“She’s busy.”
Willis wouldn’t give an inch.
“Doing what?”
“Sitting on my face.”
“Willis!”😮
Will Ferrell popped through my mind with a “that escalated quickly” meme.

I have been dying to read You've Got Fail since before I even knew the book's title. The minute it was announced that Celia Aaron had a Contemporary Romance with a heaping pile of humor in the works I knew I had to have it. I got even more excited when I read the blurb and saw the cover...holy smokes is that cover model HOT. It promised humor, smut, romance, and an actual plot. Crazy, I know.

"I'd worked for years to build my blog, and this imposter was schmoozing along on my hard work. Not cool."

With over-the-top characters, hilarious dialogue, panty-melting smut, and even a bit of mystery, Celia Aaron delivers a romantic comedy like no other. I really liked Willis, his POV was fantastic to read from, especially with all his nerdy anologies. I really appreciate when an author can get into the mind of a male character well and on top of that, this goes a step farther with Celia Aaron writing a male, Willis, who is writing as a female, Scarlet, for his blog. Then there's Scarlet Rocket herself, or rather a con artist pretending to be Scarlet for the money. These two are forced to work together, hoping this is the solution to fixing Willis' not-a-female problem and Scarlet's money problem. They shouldn't like one another, each using each other to get what they need, but the chemistry and attraction between them is too strong. From the moment they meet there are sparks and insults flying. It truly is laugh out loud funny. Sure, there were early moments I didn't get fully into the story, but as it was fleshed out and the characters developed further I became further hooked on this book.

"His eyes, the crooked glasses, the cute-as-all-hell t-shirt, and the man beanth it-all of it was like some sort of truth serum. But the truth wasn't my friend. In fact, I was allergic."

The premise of You've Got Fail is simple, but it lends itself to all of the secondary plotlines that really make this book so good. There's secondary character interactions that will literally make you fall off your chair from laughter, there is a slightly twisted suspense plot that makes you feel like you have to read as fast as possible, and of course, the romance isn't truly the main storyline. I really liked how the blog, as the basis of the book, really brought all these characters together to make it a complex story.

"Hello Fire. I'm scarlet. I'd like to play with you for a while. Not like anyone could get burned,
right?"

If you love a laugh-out-loud funny book with an enticing game of cat-and-mouse between the hero and heroine, You've Got Fail is for you. It's a unique, standout story for 2017 and the perfect cherry to top of this year's sundae of books.

**2 it's not funny **

Este es el segundo libro que leo de Celia Aaron, anteriormente me había dejado un buen sabor de boca pero honestamente este libro dejó mucho que desear.

Note: This is a full-length romantic comedy that will have you guffawing, or at least snorting hard.

Light hearted, one time read. Liked the characters. The resolution of the actual problem at the end of the book was done in such a ridiculous manner. This dropped the rating for me. Otherwise I was enjoying it. Maybe 3.75 stars.

An unusual romantic comedy from an author that excels in dark romances .
This was sort of a mess in my opinion.
I didn't hate it, it had potential but I was never really able to invest in the story or its characters. Neither were very believable.
I did somewhat like Willis as the lovable nerd with a sex blog but Scarlet didn't make sense for me. I couldn't relate to her either as the heartless con or the woman who is simply desperate to save her sister and willing to do whatever it takes .👎

In order to enjoy the book I need to like the heroine. This one annoyed the living sh*t out of me.
Con artist & thief! As I understood she helped her sister to pay her debt. Not to pay medical bills or smth more human.

Willis Halloran is the brains behind a popular advice blog and to the questioning masses, he's known as Scarlet Rocket. Willis is comfortable behind his computer screen, doling out sage advice, but with an upcoming book release he's got to figure out how to get some hype for his book going and how is he goin to handle the possibility of a book tour?
Now I was jonesing for her harder than a Hobbit for second breakfast.
Scarlet Rocket, at least, that's the name the beautiful redhead is using for now. With a name that belongs to no one and a reputation to get into tons of celebrity events, 'Scarlet' couldn't be more pleased with her current name and the freedom to pickpocket that comes with it.
His dark blue eyes tried to convey menace, but he seemed more like an angry, sexy teddy bear than a frightening aggressor. And the glasses definitely gave him a Clark Kent flair. Angry, sexy, nerdy teddy bear.
I really struggled with liking Scarlet in this book. From the beginning she was deceptive and I know that was integral to her character’s plot but she was rude and while her reasoning was good enough, she never seemed very contrite. I sort of begrudgingly liked her in the end, mostly because Willis liked her. Willis however, I loved. He had that sexy nerdy thing down and I was all for it. I very much enjoyed the supporting characters, Elias, Jason, and Hannah, I would definitely check out something with these characters again.

First of all, the cover is gorgeous! It is simple, clean and nicely color coordinated. Obviously the model is not at all someone to scoff at. My only gripe is that more effort should have been put into giving the cover that geek and nerd feeling. Possibilities are endless with this one.

The story itself is beautifully frothy and funny. The romance just flows through despite everything. Even the plot is treated with just enough care that the story comfortably steers away from being a generic superficial rom-com that so many books fall prey to.

The part to look forward to is the fan boy reactions of Willis. Haha! They're so relatable, especially when he can't decide if he should be jealous or pleased.

This book. These characters were overly ridiculous but man what a fun read. I don't think I've had this much fun with side characters in a book in a long time don't get me wrong I loved the main characters especially that sexy nerd Willis but there was something special about the secondary characters.

You've Got Fail wasn't only a light, fun read but had an undertone of darkness which I enjoyed. I also loved the premise of this story and I definitely recommend it.

I really enjoyed this book...so freaking cute!!! What I loved tho was Willis Halloran...he for sure was no alpha that we’re used to. Hes a huge nerd that loves comic books ...super hero movies ..collecting action figures and writes a relationship blog under the name “ Scarlet Rocket “ but one night his world is turned upside down when he meets a sexy redhead con artist who pretend that she’s Scarlet Rocket.

You Got Fail was silly..super funny and sexy!! Definitely recommending this book.

So, of course before I start my review I have to say thank you to my girl Celia Aaron. Not everyone gets the opportunity to receive an ARC, and I am happy to have been one of the lucky ones. You always rockin my socks babe!!!!

Now, on to the good stuff ...

Oh em gee! How fun was this book?! Like seriously, I knew this book was going to be amazing from the title alone. You've Got Fail? How could you not want to read a book with it's title?

You've Got Fail tells the story of Willis Halloran and "Scarlet Rocket"—you will under the quotes when you read the story.

Willis has been living his life behind his computer for quite some time, and since it's how he makes his money, I understand why. He's been passing out relationship and sex advice to people via his blog disguised as Scarlet Rocket. No harm no foul, since his fans have never met him, but when a sexy redhead starts showing up to events claiming to be the one and only Scarlet Rocket, Willis knows he has to put a stop to it. He can't let this con woman ruin his reputation and livelihood, but when he confronts her and things don't go as he planned, what is he to do then?

"Scarlet Rocket" is not her real name, but you know that already. When confronted by the actual blogger, fake Scarlet finesses her way out of a bad situation in order to take the heat off of herself. She knows what she's doing is wrong, but she has a past that depends on her being a con artist. When an opportunity presents itself to her, she knows she cannot pass it up. What she wasn't banking on were her feelings getting in the way of her pulling off one of the biggest cons she has ever done. But she has to do this, her life as well as her sister's life depends on it.

Okay, so by now I think y'all know how I feel about Celia Aaron's books. They always give me extra life and You've Got Fail is no different. This book was such a good romance comedy, but it also kept you guessing about what's going to happen next. There were a lot of unexpected twists and turns, but they weren't super serious twists and turns. I wasn't expecting Willis to be the gigantic nerd he ended up being, but to me, that's what made him attractive. He didn't try hard to be something or someone he wasn't and he wanted the same for the woman in his life.

Another unexpected for me was the fact that "Scarlet" actually had a reason behind her con woman ways. You know there are people who get off to ripping people off and don't have a reason in the world for doing so, but it was refreshing to see she was doing her best to make a terrible situation better, even though what she was doing was wrong. I know I sound like a crazy woman for saying that, but whatevs I get it.

I loved their relationship and how it developed throughout the story. I hated "Scarlet" for still wanting to go through with her con because Willis didn't deserve it, but it made it that much better when things played out the way they did in the end. And even though Willis was a nerd, he sure as hell knew his way around the bedroom and in between the sheets didn't he? That nerd can play me like a video game all day and everyday.

I would love to read more from this group of friends though, just to see what else happened once I read "The End". Make it happen Celia!

If you haven't had the chance to buy and read You've Got Fail, one-click it and make it happen NOW!!! It is seriously an amazing story that will give you all of the feels and make you look at nerds a little bit different from now on. Trust me when I say, I appreciate my nerdy husband that much more!

Why didn't you guys tell me this book would make me feel so happy? This book is the perfect blend of hilarious, dirty, sweet, and sexy.
The.
Perfect.
Blend.
And yet, none of you said, "Hey, dummy, read this book. You'll like it."
Shame on you guys.

Anyway, Willis and Scarlet meet in the most unexpected of ways.
She's a con. He's a blogger with a secret identity. And now, the con has stolen that public persona and created herself in the image of one Scarlet Rocket.

And the shenanigans go on from there.

The greatest of shenanigans.

Get this book and fall for nerdy Willis and sexy Scarlet just like I did. And don't say I didn't tell you to read it because I did. Just now.

You’ve Got Fail by Celia AAron was a fun, flirty laugh a minute kind of insta-love at first sight romance between a blogger and a con artist. If you’re feeling down and in need of a pick-me-up after the Christmas shopping rush, then this is the book for you. Lots of hot sexy times, humour, gags and a sex toy with a mind of its own.
Willis Halloran is a superman strength sexy book/comic nerd who has dedicated himself to his online sex and relationship advice column and it’s grown from small fry to being a well known and respected blog loved by hundreds of thousands of mainly women who seek help from his alter-ego, Scarlet Rocket. This is the man who doesn’t shy away from his inner child. He still wears cartoon characters on his T-shirt, but he’s so built and gorgeous, he can get away with it. His best friend Elias even works for a sex toy company and is just as crazy.
Now, on the cusp of an ever greater career with the publication of his first self-help book, Willis discovers that someone is going around town pretending to be the real Scarlet. Setting out to unmask the imposter, he instead comes face to face with the most gorgeous woman he’s ever seen, unfortunately for his light-fingered female nemesis, he sees far more than he expected as he watches her pocket wallets and jewelry.
When Scarlet is almost caught red-handed by another mark, Willis steps into protect her, or rather his namesake, it wouldn’t do his blog any good if she was arrested while masquerading as Scarlet, now would it. Well, that’s what he tells himself.
His agent comes up with a plan for them to work together, and Willis warily agrees but with one stipulation. He’ll pretend to be her assstant so long as Scarlet gives up her klepto impulses.
Scarlet is more than willing as she has a new plan after meeting Willis. Willis is soon enraptured by Scarlett’s spunky repartee and dry wit and falling under her spell.
Scarlet tries to tell herself that Willis is just a mark, her next big payoff, all she has to do is make it to the end of their business transaction to earn the big bucks. What she isn’t supposed to do is fall in love.
But, Scarlett has a secret that she’s hiding. It’s a huge weight hanging over her head, one with a deadline that she has to fulfill- or else. It’s this secret and her love for her younger sister that rules Scarlet’s life. She can’t fail but when Willis finds out what she really had planned to do he’s beyond hurt.
Can these two seemingly impossible characters really have the happy ever after.

You've Got Fail by Celia Aaron is a romantic story featuring blogging, cons, and sex advice.Willis Halloran is a woman with a successful blog, or at least that is what the world thinks because of his Scarlet Rocket persona. When someone starts impersonating Scarlet, in the flesh, he has to act to preserve his reputation and his book deal. Scarlet (fake) needs money fast to get her sister out of debt with a mobster and Willis/Scarlet (real) is an easy mark and while she waits for him to show up she can pick a few pockets to get going on repaying Hannah's debt.

The back and forth between Willis and (fake) Scarlet builds and grows. The progress was slow at first and continually built. Both of these characters needed development to be likable and they did that. By the end I was rooting for them. The addition of Willis' friend Elias, and Jason, a sci-fi actor that Willis geeks out over, give a full cast of characters which are utilized during the book. Willis and Scarlet are very much the stars of the story, but the other characters were also integral and definitely added to the full story.

Overall, I recommend You've Got Fail by Celia Aaron. There were so many parts I enjoyed between Willis and Scarlet. His geeky Clark Kent person mixed with hidden Superman confidence and her suave strong sexiness covering her internal vulnerability made the characters complex, dynamic and fun.

First of all, I love the title of this 😊 total draw card for me. And if that wasn’t enough, the story-line certainly is.
Willis writes a successful blog under a female name, giving him the perfect excuse to be a recluse, until… a woman shows up pretending to be him… her… you get my point.

The cat and mouse game between these two is fantastic. I love that she’s not like your typical heroine, and that hes not your typical hero. I love that there is a sex toy manufacturer – who happens to have the best names for both his company and products. I love that Willis has multiple fanboy moments over his idol, Commander Reptilian. I love the impromptu interviews that gave us some incredibly crazy stories… gotta watch out for those crazy eyes!

This book had me cracking up, and grinning like an idiot. It also pulled at my heartstrings a little. We get to see walls come down, and realisations sink in. We get to see love blossom, and friendships too. We get to see the tight bond of family, and what lengths people are willing to go to in order to keep their loved ones out of harm. Life and love with a sprinkling of comedy, what more could you ask for?

This was a fantastic story!
Willis is the shy nerd who likes to hide behind his computer. Scarlet is the girl you're gonna love to hate. I have a feeling she is going to steal your heart ;)
Willis gives new life to sexy nerds all over the world...I mean he can dirty talk with the best of them...he shed his shyness pretty quick in order to rocket his way in to Scarlet's panties. His fun loving attitude and his dirty words will have you dropping your drawers for him in no time. Eepp the skillzzzz he has with his mouth...sighhh...just thinking about it gets me all hot and bothered and kind of wishing he would whisper dirty, filthy, nerdy things in my ear.
Is it to much to as for Hannah to get her own story...I fell in love with all the supporting characters.

Willis Halloran, AKA Scarlet Rocket, is the mystery blogger making her (his) way up the social ladder. However, Willis is duped when he finds Scarlet Rocket is attending media events. One stolen identity and a red-headed beauty boosting his blogger persona has Willis shaking his head and falling head over heels for this mystery woman.

Celia Aaron takes stolen identity to a whole new level and keeps the fun, witty banter on point with her new rom-com, You've Got Fail. In true Aaron style, the pages keep turning and the characters continue to wrap themselves around your heart and soul as you plunge deeper and deeper into their well-written story. Each step of the way Aaron layers in little sprinkles of magic, keeping the momentum moving. Aaron’s words are sure to leave you cheering on both Willis and “Scarlet” to the HEA by the end with this fantastic, emotionally warm read.

This book had me rolling. Scarlet is the chick you want to punch and cuddle at the same time. once you find out her reasoning you sympathize but the chemistry between her and Willis is scorching! Willis is an H that you don't see much in stories. He is a total nerd, a lot awkward and hella funny. He is also protective, though he doesn't go all alpha in the story. His traits make him the perfect combo of a man.

Scarlet is a con artist finding marks and committing petty theft. She takes a name of a famous blogger and when she runs into him (Willis) that's when the trouble and hilarity, and sparks fly! Sparky had his hands full with this one, so get your read on to see if he was able to reign his little klepto in!

I loved the relationship between Willis and Scarlet. Those two together are just a great couple. I loved how they got together and attempted to stay together. This was a very well written book from beginning to end. This was a great storyline. I really do love the character chemistry in this book with all the characters involved.

Cute

Nerdy guy who is a relationship blogger and writer who hides behind a female persona and a girl who pretends to be that female persona so she can con and pickpocket unsuspecting marks. What's not to like?
