This 104 pages small book is a quick introduction to Scientology, which is an applicable real life methods applied on the 8 dynamics of existence (Self, Marriage & Family, Group, Mankind, Living beings, Physical universe, Spirituality and Infinity), in order to achieve fulfillment

It's alright as an introduction - gives you sort of an indication of how scientology happened, seemingly a therapy which spiralled into a religion when it got big. Doesn't go into the practices or theory at all really. One big introduction.
