This is a nice book which explains the dilemma of being a tribal from Assam. How the government uproots people from their villages and the villagers have to live in fear without settling anywhere back fully. The language isn't that good but if you want to experience a simple story written with one's emotions, this is a good book.

So this one was a bit of a tough one to judge. It's interesting because, at least for me, I got to learn about Santals and the Adivasis from North East- I knew nothing about them. But at the same time, it's not the best written book.
