Unstuck and Unstoppable by Lana Borgholthaus is a self help book which claims to help people learn how to gain wellth (wellness) through ridding 0neself of negativity. I found this book unnecessarily wordy. The worksheets were poorly formatted. Charts were broken up onto two pages, The Wellth Transformation bonus page was mostly on one page except for two words, and the Mind Sanitizer Technique also had poor page breaks. Because of the poor formatting the worksheets were difficult to use. If one was able to plow through all the rhetoric in the beginning of the book, he would have found many useful suggestions in the last quarter of the book. Ms. Borgholthaus has many useful and creative ways to turn ones life into a more positive healthy life. If the bonus worksheets get better formatting, I would give this book 4 stars.
