Knowing for sure is as much about asking the right questions as it is about finding the right answers. It is about going beyond a few select subjects that are taught in schools. It is also about becoming more aware of the world around us, noting things that are new and changing, sharpening and feeding our curiosity, and learning to get to the bottom of things. Only a questioning mind can become a truly knowledgeable one. Today, information is available at our fingertips, at the click of a mouse. But how can we best chart these vast yet confusing worlds of information which have opened up to us? How can we know more and yet be sure of what we are constantly being bombarded with through radio, TV, the Internet, and the print media? Quite simply, there is no better way to find out about things beyond reasonable doubt than by getting to the primary source of facts and by cross-checking these with sound references.
