Sundance wants to get high. Every single day. Smoking crack is the most important thing in his life. His family is the drug. Crack cocaine ran through every large city and small town in the late 1900s. It destroyed lives, hopes and desires of the minds of both men and women. Some people had enough sense not to try it. Sundance wasn’t one of them. His journey is not unlike many men in America. He wants to have nice things. The drug takes them away. He would like to have a bank account. The drug will not allow it. Sundance would like to have a decent female companion in his life. The drug will only attract the worst women on the street. Time and time again, he subjects himself to this misery. It’s a vicious cycle.
