I received a copy of this book from the author/publisher and am voluntarily leaving an honest review.

Grant is a lone wolf and has recently joined up with the Dire Wolf MC. He is being sent to infiltrate the Silver Wolf MC because basically, the Dire Wolves want them dead and gone.

Elizabeth is the adopted daughter of the President of the Silver Wolf MC. She has a terribly abusive life and her adopted father rescued her from it.
She loves her parents but their need to protect her is driving her crazy. She wants to spread her wings without being followed and protected.

She meets Grant at a café when she is there with her mother. This, of course, is part of the PLAN. One complication, which could be the end of him, is that he has really fallen for Elizabeth! He has to make a decision and either way he could lose....

I liked this story. When the truth comes out, Elizabeth's pain could be clearly felt which broke my heart. I am sure Grant thought his days were over but I was proud of him when he manned up and told her dad he loved her, regardless of the consequences. I thought there was a lot of inventiveness in Grant and the Silver's going back at the Dire's if only to protect themselves. Grant definitely knows people!

This book is a novella and was a quick read. The author developed the story well and the only area that left questions was "who" Grant contacted when he and the Silver's went back aat the Dire's.

I think Grant finally found a home...and a family.

I was really excited to read this book. Elizabeth (Mouse) was just coming into her own at the end of book one. Book two finds her secure and confident, although she has no experience with people. Aspen, alpha of the Silver Wolves MC, and his mate, Amanda, have legally adopted her. She wants to go to college and is resisting the bodyguards that Aspen insists on. Grant is a member of a rival club, the Dire Wolves, and is sent to infiltrate the Silver Wolves. Little does he know that things are going to get worse before they get better. His infiltration would be impressive if he were on the right side. I was pleased with the choice he made at the end. There were a couple of times when he was talking to Aspen that I just had to laugh. To say Aspen is overprotective is an understatement. I am excited to read the next book in the series. This is a good book for readers that crave drama and action between rival motorcycle clubs and romance.

The Wolf Saga Continues

Secret of the Wolf (S.W.MC Book 2) by Sky Winters

I loved Mouse's story. She is one special character. And she's not even a shifter.

The Dire and the Silver wolves saga continues.
Aspen and Amanda are still hiding her pregnancy, not knowing if the curse has lifted. And now Mouse/Elizabeth has blossomed into a young woman. And boy is she headstrong.

Welcome Grant, appearing as a lone wolf who is not who he seems to be.
Will loyalties or the heart win a up coming battle, so good.

Mature readers, strong language and sexual content.

Bonus stories included!!

I have voluntarily read and reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book by its author.

Enjoyed the book, was a little disappointed in the end. I was hoping it would give more detail, but maybe in the next book. We have Grant who lost his pack and is a fugitive. He tries joining the Silver Wolves, but Aspen did not accept him, so he joins the Dire Wolves. Dire Wolves alph ask him to try to join the Silver Wolves and learn the best way to attack them. He ends up falling in love with Elizabeth (Mouse) and does not know for sure what to do now, because he does not want Elizabeth to get hurt. What will happen? Will he save the Silver Wolves or help destroy them? What will happen to Elizabeth?

Some spoiler

After reading the box set, I was excited about this book. However, there were quite a few discrepancies between the last book and this book. The last book set had Amanda Lowery having twins. A bit and a girl. This book had her having only one child and the names weren't even the same. Also names were out in wrong at the wrong place, an d spelling errors.
The theme of a McGraw club and the rivals were the same but that was about it. Very disappointed with This book.

Good Read

I like this book well enough. However, I was a little confused between the last book and this one. Even though this book does pick up where book one ended I was wondering about mouse stepmother Amanda in the last book her mom was having twins. A boy and girl to be exact. Yet when it came time for her to give birth she only had one child. Overall this was entertaining read but I had too many unanswered questions so maybe the next book will be better. I did like the bonus stories at the end the end tho.

Really good stories! Great Erotica!

This book is great! The first story, Secret of the Wolf, is a romance with a lot of struggle as two wolf packs interact and one pack is forced to make a drastic choice!

The second Book, Goldie and the Two Bears, is like a ray of sunshine! Goldie has given up on men, but on vacation, she meets her matches!

Both stories are incredible. This is definitely worth reading!

Fantastic sequel to “Daddy Wolf”. Grant is sent to spy on the Silver Wolves but ends up falling for Elizabeth (Mouse). How is he going to keep her safe and not get himself killed in the process? Wonderful action scenes, lots of suspense and a happy ending make this book a winner. I loved the steam coming from these two characters. Well done Sky.

The second book in the Silver Wolves MC series involves “Mouse”, Aspen Lowery's adopted daughter. Grant Harper a lone wolf sent by the Dire Wolves to infiltrate the Silver Wolves, falls for Elizabeth (formerly Mouse). Will he betray Elizabeth and the Silver Wolves? “Secret of the Wolf” is well-written with an interesting story line. The drama, tension, secrets, action and steamy romance keep you turning the pages. I definitely recommend this book.

I enjoyed this book. I liked the characters. I didn't read the first book. I felt this story did standalone. I wish it were longer and the ending was a little rushed and wrapped up too easily. I felt Grant was better developed and Elizabeth was too immature for someone who had lived on the streets. It was an okay read for an afternoon.

This author writes great stories with loads of suspense and off the chart passion. Her characters have their worlds rocked and insta love. But that's how shifters are, wild and passionate. Not only that they are loyal. So when the lone wolf shows up and then well you'll have to read for what happened but know that as usual this author didn't disappoint.

A good story to pass away time. Grant is sent to infiltrate the Silver Wolves. He decides to go through the VP's daughter. Elizabeth hates being cooped up and heavily guarded. Danger is in the wind. Will Grant succeed or will Elisabeth change his mind? Can they find a way to be together safely? Read this and find out for yourself.

Secret of the Wolf by Sky Winters is book 2 in the Silver Wolves MC series.
Grant has been ordered to infiltrate the Silver Wolves any way he can. He sees Elizabeth/ Mouse as a way to get in, but never thought that he would fall in love with her. He is torn between loyalty to the pack or the love of his life.

The story is decent but could be better. The way some things were written was really confusing. There were so many errors. It seriously needs better editing in a bad way. I'd read more by this author. The stories are good, but the books need edited and polished up. The couple I've read feel like first drafts.

Grant is definitely an alpha wolf with a lot of issues. He's been through loss and betrayal and now has to infiltrate pack. Elizabeth is a young human that Grant immediately feels a connection to when he and his fellow pack mates invade her territory. He protects her identity and then basically hunts her. It's a very detailed story with a lot is suspense and plot.

The Dire Wolf MC wants to destroy all of the Silver Wolf MC members. They have sent one of their members to become friends and more with "Mouse" Aspen Lowery's adopted daughter. Loved this book and loved the series. It was a surprise how good this series is. Can't wait to finish the last book in the trilogy.

1-2 skip a few 99-100

I liked the characters and the overall storyline but it all seems so rushed. Just when it got going good it's just ... "and it all worked out. The End. I think the writing is pretty good just wish there was more. Since I read the first two I will stay the course.

Hot Alpha Male Can Tie Me Up Anytime 😘

Silver Wolves MC Book 2 was just as awesome as Book 1! Is the curse finally broken? Are they finally safe from the Dire Wolves MC? I'm not always a fan of cliffhangers, but I can't wait to read the next book!

Short, entertaining story that takes you out of the real world for a short time. If you want an enjoyable story to get your claws into, grab onto this while you can. It does end just as you start getting into it unfortunately, but it's worth ripping into.

More than one story.

This book begins with one very entertaining story followed by lots of just as enjoyable novellas. One caveat, though, the errors become more prevalent as you read. It's still very entertaining.
