Ingredient list is included and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low sodium, low fat and low sugar products.
Directions are given and some nutritional info per serving: calories, fat - NOT broken up into good or bad, carbs, sugar, protein and cholesterol.
There are NO pictures.
Chart of dietry dozen and clean 15 are included at the end-pesticide data.
Measuremnt converstion tables are included and also offer for free books.

Easy cooking

Love how simple the recipes are.
I have a 1.5 qt slow cooker. These recipes were simple and easy to follow. They contain few ingredients so they're easy to put together. I would recommend this for somebody who lives alone or are new empty nesters
All recipes I've tried have been delicious
