In the beginning, my life was football. The first twenty one years of my existence consisted of one single minded obsession, to be an NFL quarterback. It was about to come true when I was blindsided in the most important game of my life. In an instant, the entire world as I knew it crumbled.
When my therapist asked about my other talents or interests, the only thing that popped to mind was... women. I've always been good with women, but it's not like you can make a living with that skill set.
Well, as it turns out you can make a damn good living in what they refer to as the world's oldest profession. I've definitely got the equipment for it. Maybe I'll give it a try. At this point, I feel as if I have nothing to lose. After all, what can go wrong when you're trying to keep a bunch of spoiled rich girls happy?
* Before CE"O" is a 47,000 word prequel to CE"O" and CE"O" Baby. For a limited time this Trilogy edition includes all three stories. If you enjoy steamy stories with a healthy dose of humor and drama, you will enjoy the journey of Rex Hastings.

Not having read other books by the authors before, I was really impressed with the overall execution of this story from start to finish. It’s always hard to review books that are all in one without giving too much away, but it was nice to get a prequel (Before CE "O"), first book (CE “O”), and the second book (CE “O” Baby) all in one.
At the beginning we get to meet Rex Hastings, a college student whose future ahead of him couldn’t have looked any brighter especially after aspiring to be an NFL quarterback. Having worked really hard to stay on top of every game, Rex never imagined that his life was about to change forever when a sudden accident left him unable to play anymore. All his hopes of being in the NFL gone in an instant made him rethink everything in his life, things kept going wrong as well and when he finished physical therapy his parents sent him to see a therapist that would help him cope with his new life. It is through multiple sessions that he gets to know Cindy (his therapist) and they begin a friendship that would ultimately help him see that he could be doing other things with his life if he sets his mind to getting to that point, hence his love for helping women begins. Aside from making a good living, becoming a sex surrogate would help woman physically and emotionally. But when a demand for his services starts to spiral out of control Rex decides to walk away from that career and onto the sex toy industry. As we follow his journey, Rex also happens to meet Felicia, a recent college grad who comes to his company to apply for marketing after seeing one of his catalogs in her mother’s garbage can. But Rex can’t seem to stay away from her and the more time they spend together the more certain he is that she is the one for him. Now he has to convince her that they are perfect for each other, but there are things in his life that could threaten his future with her and he will not stop at nothing until everything is fixed before it’s too late.
I absolutely loved reading this story, the prequel truly gives us a vivid image of a younger Rex and it slowly progressed after that. It was interesting to see how everything started and made it that much more enjoyable to read. Rex is in a place where he doesn’t know what to do with himself after suffering the injury that prevents him from playing ever again and going to therapy helps him see that he can do so much more with his life now. I love his sense of humor and just much of a gentleman he can be (totally swoon worthy). In the second and last book we get to see him mature and experience things that he wouldn’t have otherwise. Meeting Felicia made him a better committed man and the two of them fit together really well. We do get to see both of their point-of-views in the first and second book. On the other hand, Felicia is introduced as naive and a timid. After going to a fashion school for marketing she suddenly finds herself at a sex toy company and she feels out-of-place. She is definitely not used to being teased and that what Rex does to her at first which completely through her off. It’s on the second day that things start to get heated between them and it’s hard to not see the chemistry between them. She feels something for him and as the two start to spend more time together the more she wants to be with him. But it’s his ability to remove his emotions when he is physically involved with someone that scares her the most. She doesn’t want to get hurt, but she is willing to give their relationship a try and see where it goes. Little did she know that her life was about to change forever.
From the writing style to the synopsis and the eye-catching cover, M.T. Stone did an amazing job with this story. Although sometimes it felt like the story was going fast or things weren’t explained in full, it really didn’t affect the story as a whole. Everything worked out in the end, the epilogue was sweet and full of possibilities. I would highly recommend reading this story, you will not regret it. :)
I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book, all opinions are my own.
There's a fine line between gigolo and sex surrogate - in this case 100 hours of training and referrals from an actual psychiatric office. Rex's football career ends abruptly, and he needs to do something else with his very fit, ripped body to support himself. Being paid to educate a variety of rich females on the joys of sex? Just what the doctor ordered!
The book is full of sex, sexual tension, and a touch of toe sucking (not quite my thing, but whatever) from a hot, hung alpha male. Kudos for taking on all shapes of clients, with bonuses for the extra crazy to ramp up the inevitable drama level. A fun, quick steamy read that gives more background to the CE"O" book I read first.
Rex hires Felicia as an intern on a 3 month basis to create a prototype catalogue marketing the sex toys products is company investments in. Rex is a accomplished CEO. The (O)Standing for much more than what it represents ~ figuratively & literally. What Rex doesn't expect is to have more than sexual desires for this knockout. He enjoys her company & when they touch sparks fly. Electricity hits Rex like a bunch of fireworks exploding. Emotions haven't played apart in Rex' s life for over a decade. Why does Rex want to give pleasure to his inexperienced, broken hearted, determined to prove her worth intern? Rex doesn't deal with emotions when it comes to sexual Intimacy. Rex's goal in life is to have his sex toy business keep him rich. Instead of getting a ring on her finger; Felicia gets an expensive car to not take her dream job in NY for a in marketing in design. What happens when Her sexy boss gets her out of her comfort zone. Read and find out in the next 2 chapters of this saga
Wow, Before CE"O" is a great prequel to the CE"O" series! Rex thinks his life is over when he receives a career ending injury on the football field while he's in college. But, when he starts talking to his new therapist, Cindy, a friend of his therapist mom, he comes to the realization that his life is just going to take a different turn, it's not over. As he starts out his new life as a sex surrogate, things start with a high. His high sex drive combined with getting to help women make for a great life. Add in the great pay rate and Rex is a happy boy. But, when a seriously crazy client of his betrays him and takes down his successful surrogate business, how will Rex react? How will he reinvent himself when he has to start over AGAIN?
I loved this peek into the sexy man that is Rex. He's actually a great guy who just doesn't connect emotionally with women, and it's understandable why he chose the route he chose in life. Thank God, though, he meets Felicia in the latter books of the series, because she rescues him from his lonely life.
Before CE"O" includes the whole CE"O" series, so check it out today. It's hot, it's witty, and sweet, and Rex and his true love, Felicia, will make you fall in love with them the way I did.
In Before CE"O" we learn how Rex gets into being a sex surrogate. How he lost his football career and a gold digging girlfriend at the same time. Rex struggles with what his life was going to be without football. He had taken some Psychology classes and he enjoyed them so that led him to his current profession. The other two books are a continuation of his career and how he takes care of his clients yet remains professional about it all. Rex meets someone he wants a relationship with but will the whole sex surrogate thing jeopardize any chance of that. Rex has some good and bad experiences as sex surrogate but overall I think he was somewhat grounded and didn't act like god's gift to women. This was a great set of stories and I look forward to reading more by this author. If you haven't read anything by this author then grab this set you won't regret it.
Wow. I want Rex. He is so hot that every woman wants him. There was some humour along the way as well as some hot scenes as Rex tries to help women with their sex issues. I really wanted him to get it on with Cindy. However, in book two he found Felicia. These two were really hot together with some lol moments as their relationship developed plus some more great orgasms as they tried out the sex toys. I think the third book when baby Michael came along was a book too many. Although Michael was a cute addition, I felt Felicia accepted the situation far too easily and her feeding the baby herself not a realistic outcome. Although there were still some funny moments with the new grandmothers vying for time with their grandson. Overall a great series with just too many orgasms at the end. Read an ARC for an honest review.
This trilogy begins with Before CE"O" and introduces us to Rex and how he became a sex surrogate after a football injury ruined his career. Lots of sexy scenes as you can imagine and we get introduced to some characters that resurface in the next two books CE"O" - Your Pleasure Is His Business and we follow the sexual surrogate career of Rex and how Rebecca becomes an important part of his life. CE"O" Baby - This continues the story of Rex and Rebecca and baby makes three. This trilogy is a great read, so well written with complex characters and an engaging storyline. The banter back and forth is hilarious at times. Lots of drama, suspense and emotions. I read an advance copy and voluntarily chose to write a review.
This was a good series with well-developed characters. There was plenty of drama, witty banter and some super steamy scenes! Before CE”O” (the prequel) told the tale of how Rex started his career as a sex surrogate in his early twenties. There were plenty of crazy sex-capades along with the introduction of some key players who featured prominently in the subsequent books. CE”O” (book 1) was also a great story, dealing with how and why Rex changed his career to the sex toy industry. Rex’s saga continued in CE”O” Baby (book 2), where all previous storylines wrapped up into satisfying conclusions. I really enjoyed this trilogy – the storyline flowed well throughout and it was hard to stop reading once I began. I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book.
❤️🌼🔥THIS IS THE STORY OF HOW REX BECAME REX❤️🌼🔥 ❤️🌼🔥BEFORE CE”O”: INCLUDES THE COMPLETE CE”O” TRILOGY❤️🌼 BEFORE CE”O” draws us the explicit and insightful picture as to how our Rex (whom I love even more now) in CE”O & CE”O BABY, came to be....We knew parts from the books before, but this is one of the sexiest books you will find telling the complete explanation....And all of the pieces to the puzzle are now in place....And, by the way, MT Stone knows how to turn up the heat!!!❤️🌼🔥 An added bonus: For those of you who have not read CE”O” and CE“O BABY, (I don’t know why), you will get the entire trilogy for less than the price of one of the other two books alone....❤️🌼🔥 And now, I have to re-read the other two books...Thanks, MT, for another BIG “O” !!!! ❤️🌼🔥
WOW! This trilogy is just amazing! It is quite intriguing to watch the development of Rex over the years from a young depressed and desperate man to a more mature, considerate even sexier and hotter adult. At first there is this carefreeness of the youth, later the smart and clever entrepreneur who does a 180 and re-thinks about his rejection of partnerships when he meets someone special.…
This story certainly is sexy as hell, told without inhibitions and without mincing matters (without being vulgar), but it is also heartwarming and exciting with some really unexpected twists. Another page turner by this very talented author!
This trilogy sunk into my heart with the CE"O" book, but now that there is a further explanation, I love it even more. Before CE"O" explains how he got his start in his business. As well as the little problem with his ex-client that comes about. When he stops being a sex surrogate, he turns to sex toy distribution and makes his life there. The bantering between all the characters is perfect, and some of the advice given is spot on. I'll never forget stinky toes though. This series will have you panting, begging for more! Definite must read! I'm voluntarily reviewing an advanced reader copy of this book.
This is the story of Rex, and how his life becomes derailed after an injury. He works with his mother's psychiatrist friend, Cindy, to try and find a purpose in his changed life. Rex becomes a sex surrogate and wants to help women, some of whom are really challenging. I really enjoyed watching Rex change and grow, and how he maintained his down-to-earth standards despite being surrounded by the wealth of his clients. You see how much he has grown by the decisions he makes at the end. A really good introduction and explanation of what happens prior to CE”O”, and you will appreciate all that is Rex even more!
I received an arc of this book and have voluntarily reviewed it.
After being injured playing football, Rex watches his dreams go up in smoke. Will he be able to find a new path? What happens when drama finds its way to him?
Normally this is the type of story I would be leery with, but it sucked me completely in. Honestly while Rex's profession could leave a lot to be desired, you cannot help but love the guy. Honestly love how he was upfront and the women knew the score, regardless of their left over feelings. Definitely recommend reading before reading the others in the series!

This was a great trilogy from MT Stone. I loved seeing things unfold for these two throughout the three stories. Seeing what made Rex become who he is and seeing Felicia really blossom and grow was great. I thoroughly enjoyed them and the crazy ride they went on. Great set! I voluntarily reviewed an advanced copy of this book. Hero, Rex = 5/5 Heroine, Felicia = 5/5 Chemistry = 5/5 Sex = 5/5 Plot = 4/5 Mystery = 2/5 Action = 1/5 Darkness = 2/5 Humor = 2/5 POV = dual Would I recommend this book = yes Would I re-read this book = yes Would I read future books by this author = yes
Very well written with great storylines and plots. Full of expanse and hotness. Absolutely a box set worth the read. Nice to have all parts in the same box.
Great stories with a twists and very enjoyable reads. There are laughs, drama, revenge, passion, emotions, hot scenes, twists and lots of chemistry. I like there is an epilogue and that it is written in dual POV.
I like the main characters and how they develop. Very captivating from first to last chapter. The author has delivered a box set that is worth the read!
I received a copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
I voluntarily reviewing an ARC of Before CE"O" which is the prequel of CEO and CEO baby. I became fan of MT Stone when I first received CEO as a freebie after reading it I couldn't stop myself and got the CEO baby. Before CEO gives the background story of Rex Hastings, his life before he became the CEO. This explains how his football dream shatters and how Jessica enters his life when he was a sex surrogate. I enjoyed knowing more about him hope you all will enjoy too
I'm not sure how I feel about this story. It wasn't a bad read; however, I just couldn't get into it. Rex seems like a great guy and gets a bad rap from some of his clients. The plot was interesting. I found myself struggling to read it though. I will be reading the rest of the trilogy to see how Rex's story ends.
I voluntarily read and reviewed an ARC of this book.
So I can book one it totally goes away that I never expected and that you wouldn't guess with the exception of probably the Jessica situation. Book 2 and 3 or bit more predictable but are Great reads and actually have a few moments that are laugh-out-loud so and they're really good reason worth the time it took to read them.
The back story on Rex is sexy and thoughtful. What do you do when your whole life changes in an instant? Rex becomes a sex surrogate and starts dreaming big, but finds out that is not always as good as it seems. I love the background and growth. Great story.
Loved the book, especially the fact that that him and Cindy continued to be the best of friends through everything. Loved the fact that he helped her to find someone too, even though he kept hitting on her. But what happened to crazy Jessica and the fake baby is my burning question? Hopefully it will be in the next book.
Great collection of stories. This prequel has an excellent storyline and character development. MT Stone consistently produces well-written stores with characters that are relatable and realistic. I enjoyed this book. I voluntarily read an ARC and this is my honest review.
I enjoyed this book having read the other books prior to. It is a great foundation for the rest of the book and I enjoyed the POV’s. Sexy and hot with sweetness intertwined. Good start to the trilogy! I received this book for a voluntary, completely honest and non incentivized review.
Extremely entertaining and captivating read. I want to read more from this author. Wonderfully written with great plot and strong characters. I voluntarily read and reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
The Complete CE "O" is a great series. We get to know why Rex became a sex surrogate. The books are well written with great characters and storylines. I voluntarily received this book to review for my honest opinion.
MT Stone has written a funny and sexy story. Rex and Felicia make a great couple. They start off in the usual boss/owner falls for the employee. However it has spicy sexy twist along the way.
The prequel and more to MT Stones CE"O" trilogy, all these books are fabulous, I couldn't put it down until I finished I rec'd a copy and voluntarily leave my own thoughts
You get the whole series wrapped up in one box set. Before CE"O" gives you a taste of what Rex's story is and how became to be a sex surrogate. This whole set is a fun read and very enjoyable.
