Great Book To Learn About Mortgages

It teaches the reader about the mortgage industry and how to better prepare/qualify for a mortgage. I liked learning about the terminology and which questions to ask a lender when shopping for a mortgage that best suits my needs.

Certainly informative for someone who has been a life-long renter and is only finally beginning to think about possibly buying at some point. Could have used better proofreading and editing; various typos throughout (monoline/mononline, its/it's, etc.)

Very informative book. As someone about to buy a house for the first time, this book really helped answer a lot of questions I had about mortgages.
