The Bible always gets 5 stars.
This is the Bible I received in 1981 when I was baptized at age 11.
In 2020, my 50th year, I finally read all the way through it.
In 2024, I read it through again.

For not so good english readers it's perfect. But for more advanced ones NIV is so much better!!

Sometimes I prefer this Bible to The Living Bible and sometimes it's the other way around.

At Exodus 6:3, the footnote, I prefer this Bible over The Living Bible.

I haven't read this from cover to cover.

The best English paraphrase Bible I ever read is called "The Good Book". I wish I owned it. Return Service Requested.
