Sometimes wicked... is really good.

Parker and Ella-Marie find themselves cut off from the group of Avatars heading to hide in Perchta's Garden. Instead they find themselves flung into a fantastical land, facing a powerful witch who claims to be Dorothy of Oz.

The women offer their help to free Oz of the demon scourge that threatens the magical lands and people there.

Alliances can be tricky when your new powerful ally swings between the extremes of good and evil with only a moment's notice.

OW!

Before reading this book, I can’t believe I would cry over the death of a Flying Monkey? This one put my imagination up on the level of a graffiti artist. I got my Sox knocked off. Imagine seeing a woman of glass walking into war, wearing Red Clown Shoes? Lol. Every time Dorothy punched Baum in the nose, I grinned.
Any urban Fairytale you write, Erik Schubach, count on me to read it. On to number 10.

Fantastic

Another Amazing story about the Avatars. I really enjoyed meeting Dorothy and Toto. I see a few typos snuck into this story but they didn't bother my enjoyment of this story, am definitely hopeful that we have more stories with these amazing women. Fairytales is one of the series I buy without hesitation. 😎

Wow! What an unexpected turn to Oz. I loved Dorothy's wicked streak. Her friendship with Ella Marie was charming. Really good book.

In the spirit of making a quantum leap, oh boy...

A good story though I gladly know why I haven’t read the original “Wizard of Oz” because of just how crazy that is and it translate well to this story too.

Each character is rich and vibrant a few flaws of speeding the story along so any growth is very sudden, if not jarring. The story can be confusing at times, but that’s due to both the nature of Oz as well as staying true to the story being told.
