Tales from the City - Volume 3

Rate this book
The first two volumes of the series have been hugely popular and there seems no reason why volume 3 shouldn’t continue the trend. The third book in the Tales from the City series features another collection of club legends in addition to one former manager, a club director, a former newspaper correspondent and two prominent fans. Former players Duncan Forbes, Terry Allcock, 'Disco' Dale Gordon, Gary Doherty, Simon Lappin and Dion Dublin all feature with their own chapters. Also on board for the new collection is former manager Ken Brown, whose story includes contributions from Martin O'Neill, Steve Bruce, Sir Alex Ferguson and Terry Venables amongst others. There's Tim MacWilliam, who commentates on City games for blind or partially-sighted spectators. There's Di Cunningham, founder of Proud Canaries. There's Rick Waghorn, who, as the Canaries correspondent of the Evening News had a close-up view as the Robert Chase era ended. And there's an Tom Smith, newest and youngest board member, sets out what he wants for the club. Tales From 9780993238154
