Awesome!

Great book about redemption and finding love. Delaney was it for me! So many times we as black women tend not to date outside our race and miss out on love. I'm so glad Chey gave love a try with Green Eyes

Kinda cute

I was happy the story wasn't constantly reminded us that Delaney was not black. I read the first story a few years ago and just got around to part two. This part was okay.

Great

Let me just start off by saying I need a Delaney in my life! Everything about that man was real! I love the way he loved Chey! He wasn’t backing down because he knew what it was that he wanted! Man I was so happy to see Chey overcome everything that was thrown at her! And the praying in this book... I must say I felt every word as I read it! Some of the motivation in this book I needed to see and I feel like I read it at the right time!

A Grand Surprise

The Finale was riveting and a total shock! Well-written without numerous grammatical errors but the killing spree through me for a loop. Yes, I am old school. Sometimes, some of the foreshadowing are repetitive and unnecessary, but it does not interrupt the reading. This young author is deeply erotic with her marvelous romantic details, and she keeps me wondering and waiting for the next dramatic details. Another great book!

Man Chey is a survivor. She turned her messes into messages, her test into testimonies and the victim became the victor. All money ain’t good money. I’m so glad Lavelle could rest. Good gives his hardest battles to his toughest soldiers. I’m glad everyone got what they deserved. Nita is a whole mess. I can’t wait to read about Serene. Amazing read.

Color of Love

Now the book has a great story line but it did have some inconsistencies in the time line. Parts of the book seem like it should’ve been in part 1 and then it was parts that seem like they were thrown in this book for show. All in all the story was good it just need some re arranging

Still Standing

C.Monet penned this novel with so passion that it was felt with each word I read. I'm so glad Chey was able to find peace, joy and love after some thought she would crumble! But she's still standing and sowing blessings to inspire the next woman to do the same!

Very good read. I'm always inspired by books that deal with real issues, but also show that you can achieve your goals and dreams.

Good

I enjoyed the story. Some parts were extremely dragged out and could have been shortened but otherwise it was worth the read.
