This was my first Annmarie McKenna book, as well as my first book dealing with menage a trois. I have to say, this book was a lot of fun.

The plot is pretty outlandish. A domineering, bullying father blackmails his daughter Brianna into having sex with Cole Masters in order to take her son and pass it off as his heir. He uses the threat of sending Brianna's brother to an institution if she doesn't go along with his plans. Cole Masters at first wants absolutely nothing to do with the obviously crazy man until he sees Brianna. He's charmed, and aroused. Instantly he knows she's the one for him.....and his best friend, Tyler Cannon. After some pretty steamy sex, the plot thickens when attempts are made on Brianna's life and the men have to protect the love of their life from an unknown killer.

I've never read this genre before, didn't know a genre for this kink was even available. This happy threesome makes this nonsensical lifestyle work though. They confront any problems, any possible jealousy and it's just not a problem for them. The men can have individual sex with Brianna or indulge in group sessions that left me panting! While the plot is pretty transparent, it gives just enough to make it more interesting. It also adds a little naughtiness, making Tyler a strong, gruff bodyguard and Cole, the protective businessman. What girl wouldn't give to be the jelly in this sandwich?!

I can't wait to read some more from this extremely talented and inventive author!

Let's begin with the positive! The cover art is kinda sexy.

Plot: As deep as a sheet of paper

Characters:

Brianna, lead F: See above, "Plot". Dumb, too.

Two lead M characters: Not worth my typing time, LOL.

Tyler, the "security expert" observes in a restaurant that Brianna is searching the room for someone in an agitated manner. When she abruptly excuses herself and goes to the ladies room, it doesn't pique his "security expert's" instincts (even tho she is being threatened by someone) ... and has received a mysterious note just prior to the trip to said restaurant ...

Just bad writing any way ya look at it -- plots AND the actual words. Check this out (page 143):

"Caroline's mouth and nose turned up in what looked like extreme distaste. "You know exactly who I am, you little tramp."

Oooh, the claws were out already.

"Cole is mine, do you hear me? We are getting married, so you need to get your grubby, slutty hands off him."

"Does HE know you're getting married? Because I was kind of under the impression he might ask me." Brianna couldn't help but bait her.

Caroline planted a hand on one hip. "Cole would never ask a woman like you to be his wife. He needs someone with class."

"Jeez, I could have sworn I bought some the last time I went shopping. I must have forgotten it. Maybe you could share some of yours?"

Things you're just going to need to ignore:

- the blackmailing scheme by her father makes no dang sense - just go with it 🥴

- why is Tyler such a terrible bodyguard/security expert? 👀

- Is Tyler just the 3rd wheel? Or is he in it for keeps? Is he looking around for a wife of his own? if so, why is he cool with the possibility of getting Bri pregnant? Why would Cole be ok with someone else getting his wife pregnant, if that dude might take off to do his own thing? He says he loves her... I dunno. I was really stumped by what the author was trying to do here. Typically MFM romances have 2 completely equally committed H's and I felt this triad was a little wobbly. You'll have to make up your own mind on that.

- There’s a lot of cliches and predictability but that’s part of what makes this so re-readable 🤷🏼‍♀️



Bottom Line? Need some light uncomplicated smut with just enough drama to feel like there's a plot, but not enough to tax your mind overly much? This is for you. I found this book around 2008 and I keep coming back to it because it's just so dang readable and titillating. It's like a Harlequin with the all the silly drama, but with lots of kinky smutty smut and very low angst. I can't give any book I've read this often less than 5-stars, no matter how ridiculous. YMMV

Just finished another reread of this book. It is easily a quick, easy guilty read-that I'm oh so not guilty about falling in love with. This is one book I find myself continuously picking up and revisiting.

I didn't know what to expect when I read this book. I haven't really read anything by this author before, but it has been read frequently by my friends here, so I thought I would give it a try. I am glad I did. I admit I had some problems with the character development in this book, but Tyler and Scott made the book interesting to me.

Brianna is the victim of having a horrible father who, for the sake of having an heir blackmails her to sleep and conceive a child with the mysterious billionare Cole Masters. If she doesn't agree to his scheme he will throw her blind and half-deaf teenaged brother-Scott-into an institution. Since Bri has raised Scott on her own, she agrees to go along with her fathers insane plan. Bri is petrified of Cole because of his reputation he has of sharing his women with his best friend Tyler and the BDSM elements he favors in the bedroom. What she doesn't count on is being immediately attracted to Cole and instintively wanting to please him in the bedroom and out.

Cole Masters had intentions of telling Brianna's father to go to hell when he approached him with his crazy plan to impregnate his daughter so he can have an heir. When he sees Brianna realises the abuse and neglect she has endured his protective streak overwhelms him and he agrees to the madmans scheme, so he can have Bri as his...and his best friends woman.

This story had a too familiar storyline for me. It reminded me of Colter's Woman in A LOT of ways. Abused and kinda worthless heroine. Permanent Menage...etc. The difference is I DID like this book better. Brianna came off as a Cookie Cutter heroine for me. There's not alot to her personality. She reminds me of a "yes man" in an office environment...whatever the boss says...she agrees with irreguardless of her true feelings about the situation may be. She jumps quickly into Cole's and Tyler arms without much thought of any consequences this kind of relationship might bring...that bothered me some. She mindlessly agrees to any situation demanded of her...she just wasn't overly interesting or unique, but I did like her love and affection for her brother. She would actually fight for him...just not much else.

Also, I thought that Tyler and Brianna had more chemistry than she had with Cole. Tyler definately spent more time with her and in my opinion deserved better than being "the other guy" in the relationship.

I really liked Brianna's brother Scott! (one reason for the 4 stars) He was the most interesting character in the mix for me. When I found out he has a story of his own in "The Perfect Gift" anthology...well I am reading that now...he deserves a happy ending, and dang for a teenager he definately has Future Hero written all over him.

This was my first M/F/M read. I really liked it. It has some bondage, anal, spanking and public sex. It also has some humor, mystery, and excitement in the storyline. This book delivered a good amount of sex and storyline for an erotic read. Here is a little fact, I myself have read this book 3 times and it has went through 3 family members and one friend good to say the book has held up:)and each lady loved the book. I know the plot is out there, but if we were back a few hundred year I could see this something that would happened, so It didn't bother me one bit. Remember its fiction.

I liked Brianna she will do anything for her brother to keep him safe. I liked Cole the first think he done was get a doctor to Brianna to try to keep her asthma under control. Tyler was great add for the trio he has the same caring for Brianna. Tyler even found Brianna's and Scottie's mother. A good quick easy read.

Ugh this book was awful bad. I just couldn't like the heroine in this story at all. She acts like a supersexed doormat. The heroes were jerks demanding unreasonable things from her all the time having no care about her opinions or feelings. Throw in a blind brother who only pops up when the sex is over, a jealous exgirlfriend and an evil dad maniacally laughing in the background and that's pretty much the whole book. Just not very good at all.

Wow, what to say about this novel. I found it so completely ridiculous in so many ways. I'll start with how Brianna came into her position in the first place. Her father, Andrew Wyatt, blackmails his own daughter, Brianna, into being Cole Master's whore so that she can produce an heir for Wyatt. How does he blackmail daughter of legal age into doing his bidding? By threatening her brother, his son. Apparently, that is enough to turn his daughter into a breeding mule. Normally, I would find it hard to believe that anyone would act like such a neanderthal in this day and age, but I have been wrong before.

When Wyatt brings his daughter to Cole, who agrees to this all out of curiosity, Cole is immediately protective of the plain girl. The best way I can explain it is lust at first sight. For some reason, Cole feels protective of Brianna and cannot wait to sexually awaken her....and then share her with his head of security, Tyler Cannon. Cole isn't gay, but he is consumed with thoughts of sharing her with his lifelong friend. What I found most disturbing is that the day after Cole pops Brianna's cherry (also the first day they met), he gets his wish of sharing his new charge. How he does it actually infuriates me. After Brianna's first time, she falls asleep in Cole's bed, only to wake blindfolded and tied to the bed so Tyler can do whatever he wants with her. If I was in the same position, I would furious, not turned on.

And so their sexual activities continue and Cole obtains custody of Brianna's birthday. Cole asks Brianna to marry him, Wyatt becomes furious, Cole shuts him down. Pretty simple yet insane plot line.

On a lighter note, the erotic scenes were fantastic although I could do without the dirty talk. For some reason, talking during sex is always more exciting when you are actually doing the deed. Reading about it is...well awkward.

An entertaining novel despite plot.

Well, not much of a plot line to think about in this book but trust me it does not really matter.

Mr. Wyatt is a horrible old guy who blackmails his only daughter into having a baby with a really rich man so that he could have a male heir. She can't refuse the blackmail because good old dad will put her brother Scottie, a kid with many disabilities, in a home.

It is a good thing the guy he chose, Cole, is really handsome and poor little virginal Bri is attracted to him and he is attracted to her straight away. If that wasn't enough, Cole has a dirty secret as well. He basically shares his women with his best friend Tyler who is also his bodyguard and they both prefer kinky sex. Obviously, Bri soon gets more than she bargained for.

Ok, the book will not make you change your way of thinking or transform your life, but it is still a good read with fun characters and a bit of side plot drama.

An evil guy wants a son so badly that he forces his daughter, Brianna, to have sex with Cole Masters, whose family is known to only bear sons. (A trivial detail is that Cole is adopted...) The father blackmails the Bri to bear him a son or else he will send her younger brother into an institution. Ever since her mother disappeared, she had been raising hims and he is the most important person in the world to her. It turns out that Cole and his best friend, Tyler Cannon, owner of a security company, like to share women, yet do well to keep this from the rest of the world aside from small rumors. They are both rich, but Cole is obviously a lot richer. Brianna meets and has sex with Cole one-on-one first and falls for him on the first day of meeting him. When she wakes up the next day, she finds she is naked and is tied up blindfolded and meets Tyler. Tyler and Cole spank and have sex with Bri as well as shave her mound. It turns out that there is another girl after Cole, Caroline. It is revealed in the end that Caroline is also a daughter of the evil guy. The evil guy had many woman and many (female) children. He has a son that is Bri's brother, but the son is blind and is partially deaf. However, the son is actually quite strong and navigates quite well without his eyes. He can also fight well. Bri falls in love with both Cole and Ty while running from murder attempts by people Caroline hired. Caroline and Cole used to have casual sex before Bri entered the picture. Cole bribes the evil guy to give up his rights to Bri's brother as a father and the brother moves in with Cole and Bri and the gang. It is never implicitly said that Tyler lives with them, but he is always at the house and sleeps with Bri with Cole. They are both doms and spank her ass when she makes sound or moves when they tell her not to during intercourse. In the end, Bri and Cole marry within five days of knowing each other so that whatever child they have will belong to them and not the evil father. Also, by this point, Tyler and Cole both love Bri and she them. The evil father and Caroline are arrested and Bri is pregnant, with whose child, she does not know because they never use condoms. The pills they mention with the doctor scene might be birth control pills or her asthma medicine, I don't know. Also, whether the baby is a boy or girl is unknown.

I liked this story and I liked that there was only m/f action. I am tired or reading m/f/f. They also directly mention how Cole and Tyler have no romantic feelings for each other. I thought that this was really good even though the action scenes could definitely be improved. The sex scenes were hot and the romance steamy. I especially loved how Tyler fucked Bri in a dressing room and then Cole comes into the shop asking the salesgirl where his fiancé and her bodyguard were. The salesgirl knew what Ty and Bri were doing and is obviously unaware of the threesome thing going on, so she is extremely uncomfortable. Maybe I will read this again.

When Cole Masters recieves a note from a man wanting to give him his daughter in order to produce an heir, Cole is dumbfounded and equally disgusted by the idea that there maybe a grain of truth in the offer. Giving all the information to his best friend Tyler Cannon, they decide to see where the blackmail leads. Cole realizes the moment he meets Brianna Wyatt, that she is there againist her will and she is the one he has been waiting for all these years, he knows Ty will feel the same the minute he sees her.

Brianna is terrified by her outrageous fathers demands, holding her brother who he has never acknowledged over her head to barter her into sleeping with Cole and giving the child up to him. As she tries to escape, she finds an unexpected ally and attraction to Cole who promises to keep her and her brother safe. Having heard the rumors about Cole, she is not too surprised to meet Tyler but is a bit stunned when she finds herself falling for both men.

Very good story, I would have given it 4 stars but there was something Tyler said twice in the book that bothered me.

After the hell that was 'Beautiful Disaster', I was looking for something straight-forward: smutty, sexy and not much of a plot line to think about. 'Blackmailed' was just what the doctor ordered.

A guy blackmails his daughter into having a baby with a really rich, handsome man so that said guy could have a male heir. It sounds so wrong on so many levels. But dear lord, I couldn't stay away (especially with all this baby talk..I'm a sucker for those books.)

'Blackmailed' reminds me of its sister publishing company book, 'Table for Three' by Lainey Reese, which I absolutely devoured and read all the time. Girl falls in love with two guys who are totally into domination and dabble into some BDSM, some one is out to kill the girl and of course.. the smut. I will say that I didn't really feel connected to the characters in this book. I felt the relationship between Brianna and Cole but not so much Brianna and Tyler.

This book gave me a few hours of delightful hotness and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quick smut fix.

This is definitely good for erotic sex scenes.

Many many pages were devoted to sex scenes. The story was fine. Two men like sharing one woman. They also enjoy tieing her up, and using her in almost every way imaginable. Most of the scenes are with the three of them together and very explicit. If a reader is looking for a lot of hot sex scenes, they will probably enjoy this. This story is about Brianna. A sequel story aout her blind brother Scot is told in "Look What Santa Brought" published in the anthology "The Perfect Gift."

Read it from cover to cover.. and i really liked it! This book is from 2006 and let me tell you what i was thinking while reading this book.. OMG! this book is sooooo much like the 'Fifty Shades' series. But instead of 1 sexy hot gazillionaire we get 2!! yes 2 of them at once!!

Virgin meets gazillionaire Cole Masters - Check!
Who is really found of 'kinky fuckery' - Check!
Crazy ex - Check!
Someone who wants to kill the gazillionaire's love interest - Check!
Marriage proposal after only knowing eachother a short while - Check!
Extremly hot sexscene's - Double Check!

and to top it all off he likes to share his women with his best friend and confidant Tyler Cannon..

So if you ask me, EL James author of the 'Fifty shades' series has been reading this book BEFORE she started writting her series..

I was horrified by what Bre’s dad did at the start, that he would view her as a commodity. It was a good thing that things didn’t work out as he planned, that Cole was smitten with her and that it didn’t take much for Tyler to become smitten with her as well. I liked how the guys treasured her, but things seemed to go super fast and they didn’t really explain just what they wanted from her. It was a good thing that Bre liked everything they did. I loved how the guys treated Scottie and how Scottie gave them a talking to, then said went along with things. I was surprised by a couple of things, the connection of two people at the party and the surprise guest at the end, but I really shouldn’t have been. I was glad to see a happy ending for all.

Basic plot is rick old guy wants a male heir. So he basically plans to wh*re his daughter to this rich guy for the use of his 'male making' sperm. So from there the story takes off.

Brianna "Bri" is brought to Cole to do the deed. She can't refuse or good 'ol daddy will put her blind half deaf brother Scottie in a home. The virginal Bri is attracted to Cole but still fears for Scottie.

If that wasn't enough Cole has a secret as well. He likes to share his women with his best friend Ty. So suffice to say Bri isn't a virgin long and get way more than she bargained for.

Look forward to Double Alpha Domination with a quickly devirginized submissive. Spanking, anal play, anal, double pen, deep throating, bondage, menage, gags and more. You get a lot in story.

Loved it......a great hot story from Annmarie McKenna. Gave me everything i was looking for. A great read and one i will read many times! I found the characters to be so real at times, i found my self giggling at times and then i found myself wishing i was Brianna so i could get in on some of the action with Cole and Tyler. I love Scotty, a kid with disabilities that he embraces and doesn't stop him from living his life. He became my hero at the end when he stood up fir himself and his sister......i'd love to see how he grew and what kind of man he became....fingers crossed!!!!!!

the story had a HEA but the beginning was a little too forced for my tastes. first the girl's own father whores her out by threatening her brother, then the man she is whored out to blackmails her into having sex with him and his friend. sure she may have loved every second of it, and wanted it but the way it came about leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

the best part was the spunky brother i pretty much wanted to adopt myself. i just read a novella with him that takes place 9 years later and i loved every second of that one.

I liked Blackmailed for the most part. The ending through me for a loop. I had no idea who was behind the bad guy until the last few chapters. The only part I didn't care for was the way Cole and Tyler first treated Brianna in their first sex scene together (thats just a personal opinion though). But, after their first experience together, it got better. 4 stars because its a keeper and I only had that one complaint.

This one was a difficult rate. If your looking for a hot, steamy story with lots of ménage sex here-there-and-everywhere then you'll love this.

If your looking for something a little deeper with more of a plot and character development then you should chuck the brakes on now and make a u-turn back to the bookshelves...this one is not for you.

I give the sex a 4+ and the story a 2 and that's left me with a 3-star rating.


I was so disappointed with some inconsistencies in the story, like this...
Tyler (Brianna's person bodyguard with benefits *wink* *wink*) takes her to the restaurant she requested and is suspicious as to why (he knows something is up but goes anyway - 'cause that's what the words on the pages say! lol)... Brianna looks around so agitated for 5 minutes ... then after a secret signal (aka some chic points to the toilets - very secret!) from across the room from the woman who only the day before gave her death-dagger looks, and with all the subtlety of a drunk heading to happy-hour, Brianna announces she has to go to the ladies ... at the same time Brianna fiancés Ex-shag makes a bee-line for the loos.... HELLO!!! WARNING - Bitchy confrontation approaching!!! But no - Tyler never notices this because he is too busy looking out for a stalker .... ummm? what do you think this chick is??? a girl scout???

I was also put off by the fact that Brianna was a screamer... yep... she'd hit the high notes every time she hit the Big-O like an opera soprano, which was, as the story goes, quite often. I hope there was a good health plan for the poor house staff who were bound to suffer from industrial deafness.

At one point Brianna is whining on about being "oh so concerned" about her brother who was blind and partially hearing-impaired, then the minute she gets him under the same roof she poops across the hall to have another shag ... um ... he's blind but NOT completely deaf. If she was SO concerned how does she think he would feel hearing his sister howl like a cat on heat.

There were other scenes like this but I think I'll stop here as this is all the time and effort this book deserves from me.

Blackmailing fought with more blackmailing, forced submission, insta-love... and that all within the first half of the book (that, mind you, takes place in just 3 days!)... yeah, no thanks.

One of my favourite stories from this author. Loved the three main characters, Brianna, Cole and Tyler and think Scotty needs his own story.
What a douch the father was. Hope they never let him near their children.
Had read and reviewed this book many years ago. My reviews have disappeared but it is no hardship to reread.

Just reread this book. Loved it.

Notable characters: Brianna Wyatt, a virgin who’s blackmailed into reproducing with an obscenely rich sex god; Cole Masters, the obscenely rich sex god; Tyler Cannon, his friend with whom he shares everything (and by everything, I mean women) who also happens to be an obscenely rich sex god

Most memorable scene: The forced shaving scene — which was a little distressing. I’ve always been of the belief that one should have a say in whether (and where) they are or are not shaved. I looked into this afterward and guess what? It’s an actual fetish some folks have. Forced shaving is a real thing

Greatest strengths: Its sexual creativity. This book explored every possible male/female/male configuration I could think of — and a few I hadn’t. And kinda didn’t want to … but also kinda did. It’s a mixed bag …

This book was more on the erotic side with a little story surrounding it. The sex scenes were not definitely scorching and NSFW.🔥🔥🔥 This is strictly a MFM book with a light amount of BDSM. The blackmail aspect was pretty small and went out the window within the first couple chapters. The heroine was a shy young woman taking care of her younger brother (didn’t get many details about her hobbies/work etc) Our 2 heroes were best friends who enjoyed sharing women. I usually enjoy MFM reads when is involves a committed triad. There were some parts that had me questioning if that was the case with this one. I kept feeling like Tyler was an add on that was very much enjoyed but not necessarily a vital piece to their union. Overall if you are looking for a short erotic romance with a little plot..this might be for you.
