Freelance Training by Amit Joshi is a wonderful book that guides you through making Freelance Training as a career in India. I think the author has been quite particular about what it wants to give to the readers. He has shared his personal experie-nce which makes reading this piece more enriching. All the topics has been discussed in an amazing way followed by Points to Ponder section which is a summary as to what aspirant needs to ask himself. Overall this book can be quite helpful in planning and showing the proper way to be one’s own boss.

First of all, I would like to thank the author, Amit Joshi for the book Freelance Training. I was quite frustrated with my 9-5 job. Though I was making good money there, I wasn’t satisfied. I had always wanted to guide people, to motivate them, to help them with relationships other things. But then I always feared of my life if I left my job. Thanks to this book, I got to know the scope of training in India. I became quite aware of opportunities that lie in being my own boss. This book has truly been my savior. It has guided me in the best way and now I am doing what I always loved. Loved it completely.

I have always wanted to work for myself, to create my own brand or rather be one brand but many times felt it will remain a dream as I was always afraid of taking risk or leaving my job with a stable income. This book has been a good attempt by the writer to help aspirants as well as people doing other jobs to make a career in the field of freelance training. I think the author could have done better by providing things to do so that steps could have been taken in the right direction. The writing style is simple. The cover is OK.
