Okay, so I got to the last few weeks and then gave up, but in my defence, the gym opened up again so I meant to start using that again, but then haven't really... whoops, blame assignments.
Pretty good collection of workouts, and a plan that's nice enough to stick to. Wish I made it to the end, but ah well, maybe one day I'll finish off the last few weeks.
This is a great custom workout! Sarah has everything mapped out perfectly! I really like that I didn’t have to buy any equipment! All I needed was a positive attitude and determination to complete the 8 weeks! The app that goes along with the book is a must have! I love it!! I can just focus on the excise I’m doing and let the app keep track of the time! It’s awesome! If you don’t like going to the gym, then this is the book for you!!
