A Dopegirl Needs Love Too 2
I waited awhile to read this book. It was worth the wait, it left off where part 1 ended. There was so much betrayal, lies, and scheming going on through the whole book. I’m glad Lani got her happy ended after everything she went through.

It took me damn near forever to finish reading this book and I really don’t know why because it was a great book.
All in all, I’m satisfied with the closing chapter of Lani & Dox. Miss Shan never disappoints!

Good Ending
I liked this sequel. It answers a lot of questions about Dox and Lani's past. In the first book I really liked Dox. I was happy Lani had a real man to love her and look out for her. In this book I didn't like Dox and would have rather seen Lani with Pusha. Dox is selfish but he really does love Lani so I guess it works out. I'm glad they finally got Asim but couldn't believe Sephora would stoop so low to hurt a child. There were a few twists in the story. Fire and Los's situation was crazy. I think their story should have gotten more time in the book. Riri getting shot was also unexpected and something I think should have been talked about more.
The ending leaves room for part 3 but if it doesn't come out at least we get closure.

I loved Lania and Dox love story this was the ups and downs of a relationship
Lania was the smart independent women who did take crap off anyone. She loved Dox but their relationship was complicated with Lies, Broken-hearted,Deceit, Mistrust. Lania finally moved on with her life had Dox son was in a relationship with Pusha (aka)Jonathan but she still had feelings for Maddox MuGuay (aka) Dox their son King father. Maddox got out of prison and he didn't want to have anything to do with Lania he felt she chose side and she had something going on with Asim. Lania tried to tell Dox what happened he refused to hear what she had to say she also told him she was pregnant he told her to get a abortion. Dox was angry with her because he thought she betrayed him when he need her the most when Drae got shot Asim tried to frame Dox it was big mess. Maddox ended up getting back together with his crazy baby mother of Maddie his daughter she was conniving and manipulate and was doing too much. Lania had so many obstacle in her way it made her stronger. Sephora Jackson was Lies, Cheating,Jealous, Mayhem. She knew Maddox still loved had feelings for Lania she also knew about the baby. Geronimo knew about Maddox son King and told Lania to tell Maddox are he would she kept the baby secret because he wanted her to have a abortion and she couldn't do it. Lania felt she was doing what was best for her son. She regretted he missed the birth of his son. Sephora Jackson crazy baby mother was feeding King Lania and Dox son rat poison who does that without remorse because of revenge just sickening. Let's introduces the brothers Samuel Skully MuGuay ladies man goes from women to until he meets RiRi he cheated on her and mistreated her he also cheat with her cousin and got her pregnant not yet proven RiRi got into a huge fight with her. RiRi felt disrespected when she end falling for Skully she ended up leaving him he take care of her and provide for her children he had to care about her he didn't want any kids afraid of commitment and giving his heart to a women because of his parents. It took him losing her to realize he loved her and missing her children. RiRi eventually forgive him and took him back got back together start being in a relationship she ended having his son and died after giving birth didn't understand why I like her character. Carlos Los McGuay was the youngest brother he tried to make it work with his daughter Carlee mother .Kenethia Fire Akins was a stripper who he falls in love with for she was pregnant with his son and she also had a drug problem the baby was stillborn she refused to go get treatment on top of that she was Hiv Positive and passed to Carlos having unprotected sex with other men in the club. He meets Jayla who falls with her and she becomes pregnant and terrified of Carlos status. Pusha tried to kill Lania after she apologized for disrespectful and hurting him. Dox killed Pusha for claim his son and messing with Lania and hurt her. Sephora Jackson Maddox daughter mother was arrested for attempt murder of his son King she later killed herself and his pregnant with his son and wrote a suduical note saying she refused to let him raise their child with Lania after all the craziness she creates in their lives and relationship. How selfish can you be both of them did wrong. Lania killed Asim for the rape he was responsible for and pain he caused her family for shooting Drae he responsible for all the chaos. Seven months later Lania survive her attack from Pusha they moved to Florida I think her and Maddox got married had a baby girl A'myra. Samuel Skully MuGuay and RiRi had a baby boy Samuel Jr. Carlos 2 he had with Jayla he almost missed out on his birth because of his depression of Hiv Positive status he finally broke down and told his brother and they loved on him and support him. Jayla stayed with him because she loved him. After Lania had the baby Tamar and Black came by needing Maddox help to get his son back the Mexican drug cartel had him and threatened to kill him he was messing around with daughter his oldest son Tamarion Jorge Arroyo in exchange for drugs. Is Maddox going to have another book what going happen to his family.

Wow what s book !! Must read !!
I have to say u haven't been so anxious as k was to read this book and because it was so hood and i didn't want it to finish so fast i took my time reading it knowing it was the last book of the series. I have to say Myss Shan you have done it once again !! I have to say i would of loved this book to have been like Tarmar and Rozalyn long series but it didn't happen but to know that they will be coming out in your new book is exciting i can't wait for that book to be released. I am a huge huge fan if yours. All of your work is addicting. I can't say there was a second in any of your books that i got bored. They are all 10 stars of perfection. Thank you for being such a wonderful author and letting us get the opportunity to read your work. Can't wait for the movie Cuba. So exciting. Happy New Prosperous Year to you and your family. May this year ve even better for all full of health, love, money and life !!

Page turner from beginning to end
I have been waiting for this book for so long and when I say it lived up to all my expectations 😱. OMG I went to sleep with it in my hand and woke up to finish. So proud of Lani for realizing what she wanted. Her and Dox were meant to be loved Jay character to was so sad for Los I was hoping the test was a error but for their love to get them through hats off to you for creating that storyline hope to hear more from then in the future. Poor Skully I knew he loved RiRi and for her to get her happiness and boom she's gone was a tear jerker but overall it was a great read. I thought I was trippen but when I saw that you said it was over 600 pages I was like ok I was dreading a To Be Continued. Happy you gave us it all can't wait for the next couple series to come out .

Wow! Although I hate the ending and felt as though there’s more to come, Shan did a good job with this story! Lani continued to make dumb decisions and her impulsive behavior caused her more harm than good. She pissed me off a lot! Dox was that DUDE! In every aspect, he was a thorough, King! Los and Jayla’s fate was heartbreaking. Fire was a true filthy animal. I can’t believe her. Phora and Pusha proved how ugly love can get when feelings are played and Skully learned to let go... sadly it was too late. Oh, and Asim got EXACTLY what he deserved! Dude was shiesty. This entire series left me breathless. I took small breaks in order to keep myself sane. The drama, grit, and pace was well thought out and wonderfully written. I’m hoping there’s another installment being added bc I can’t believe she’d end a book like this. All in all, this is easily a 5 Star read!

Like I knew you would you came through with this one ☝🏾,I have to say when I first started reading urban fiction you were one of the first authoress I encountered and I’ve been in love with your work every since... Keep em coming this was a perfect end to a DOPE Series, I was pushing for all the couples, I knew Dox would come to his senses and get Lil baby back and he did . I cried for Jay and Los cause they just found love and happiness to encounter some shit that’s happening everyday , but they overcame and that’s love ❤️ as for Skully all I can say is damn when he finally manned up he Loss his true love ,hmmm life so sad 😞 and last but definitely not least Sephora & Asim whack ass belong in hell . This was a great read !

Banger!!!!!!!
Man that wait was crazy but I have to admit........it was sooooo worth the wait!!!! I loved how she took a real life negative and turned it into a positive even though it hurt my heart that it had to be my boy though!!!!!!! The only thing I didn’t like was that it wasn’t as grimy as the first one with the adults.....that kid stuff had me crying real tears....I can’t take that kinda ish.....But my ninja (y’all know what I mean I gotta sensor stuff) Dox was on some other ish for a minute. But I’m glad it came together and it was a good way to end it. LOVED IT!!!!!!

Great read for the most part
I really enjoyed this book, but I did think it was drawn out a little bit. I got tired of Lani being indecisive. I wish Carlos didn't get HIV from his trifling baby mama, but things happen. I'm glad Scully finally found the love of his life, but I wish she wouldn't have died. Props to Cully for taking care of her kids that were not his. Overall this was a great book. Just a little drawn out and there were a few grammer mistakes. Keep up the great work!

Not what I would expect from this author but it was an okay read. It seemed rushed and unfinished. So many characters that were prominent in book one rarely had a story in book two. And why is it that they were looking for Asim the entire book; yet, Asim never told his side of the story or had a chapter. It just seemed incomplete. And I don't like how it ended. I was tired of the back and forth with Lani and Dox. Book one was way better; more captivating, more drama, and better at keeping my attention.

There was so much tragedy this go around. I hate what happened to Carlos and RiRi but glad Sephora, Asim and Pusha got what they deserved. I felt like the ending left me hanging and I hope the new series closes some things out.

Sephora should have been fed rat poison I can't believe that whore really did that... Pusha was a punk ass nigga... Fire was so damn wrong for what she did to Los and her unborn baby... I'm glad Jay and Los got it together... Im glad Skully gave love a chance

This book was fire, OK where do I start, Lani Baby was a Boss, I love read books where the lead female is strong, she took care of business. Dox , how you gone come back and get with a women that betrayed you and then put a baby in her that was strange to me because he was so smart. I loved the relationship between Lani and Dox and I am looking forward to reading more about them.

This by far was one of the best books by Shan!
I stayed up late reading this book because I couldn’t find put it down. The characters and their ever changing dynamics had me on the edge of my seat. I was happy to see and hear from Tamar more in this book because The Rozalyn Series is still my top favorite by Shan. I’m glad she’s bringing them and the others back and I can’t wait to read the next book!

Girrrrrll you did that!! I loved how you wrapped up this storyline. I was heartbroken for Los, though. I did not want that for him. For Skully as well. I mean when he decided to give love a try, it was taken. This was a great book! I’m glad you limited it to 2 books and didn’t try to put some in this and the rest in a third. Great work!!! Looking for to the next and reading about Tamar, Rosalyn, Khi, etc

This series was everything!! Dox and Lani FINALLY got it together and their love and family is so beautiful 😍 I’m glad Asim punk a** finally got handled. Messed up about los but I’m glad him and jay worked it out and got their little one. Skully got his son too just hella sad about his bm. The lies, the secrets wow this storyline was AMAZING!! Muss Shan you outdone yourself with this one hunni!!

Dox!!!
Ok! I enjoyed Dox in the first book. I understand he is big on respect and loyalty; but he dogged Lani and was mad when she reacted. I'm glad they got it together but it wasn't easy. I know his brothers were apart of his story but not sure they required a voice; but loved their relationship. So, what happened to Shaponda and was the baby Skullys? And since they apart of the story, how did Los and Jayla adapt and overcome? I love Shan!!! Keep them coming!!!

I loved it as always but sad it’s over, I love Dox and wish him and Lani ant play all them games, I’m glad Asim wack self dead and porah punk butt made me real mad about what she did to King and to think she was hurting maddie too, poor Lose, fire wong for giving that man HIV and Skully loosing RiRi man they all took some losses, loved seeing Khi and Tamar popping back up, can’t wait to see everybody together but still holding their own story line down!!

Loved this series
This was a good series. I was so when Asim got what was coming to him. He was a real life dirt bag like how could anybody leave their kids like he did. I felt really bad for Los but everything worked out n the end. I hate what happened to Riri she didn’t deserve that. I’m happy Lani and Dox finally got it together. Now I can’t wait to read about all of the couples n the next series

Shan pen game is set on the map and she once again brings her writing skills to life! I was drawn in with anticipation from the cliff hanger of part 1 and held captive until the very end! She had my heart rate raised to the max, and wanting to murk niccas throughout the book but I was well pleased with this finale!

Shan the wait was well worth it. I can't believe all the drama in this series. I knew Pusha was no good. I wss so upset to hear about RiRi, that was so sad. Poor Los knowing that skank did that to him I'm just glad Jayla got over it. I can't wait for the next series and stand alones.. great work!!!
