It’s a great potential story. This fanfiction is like a prologue that sets up for something great. I would have loved to see more of the process and result than what was shown in the short epilogue.

This fanfiction was no doubt well written. But there are several plot issues. There are some incomplete(?) plot threads. The conclusion is nice but the story has a time skip which ends the story rather abruptly. The author has said that they planned for a sequel. Still it's a good HP fic, well written, nicely plotted.
SPOILERS!!!

1. Why did Kreacher have to die?? Even if he did he was replaced by the Lestrange House elf Mute who was used just like a normal house elf would be ie slave. No change was proposed for the house elf system.
2. There seemed to be a forgotten or omitted plotline involving Dorea Potter and/or the Bank of Constantinople.
3. The ending skipped over Harry becoming a Dark Lord by that I mean gaining influence and an army.
4. Same issue as SPEW. Harry was fighting for the rights of the muggleborns , half bloods and were wolves etc but there were no representatives of them on his side that we met.
5. Harry right after the war was wayy too influential to have just given up a few months into the war. I would have made sense if the gap was 5-10 years but a few months is just wayy too unrealistic.

Not a bad story had immense potential but it ended to fast the author did end it well though.

Gods, this was SO GOOD, only to have a very unfulfilling/lackluster ending. I know that another reviewer said that the premise didn't work for them, but frankly, you're going into a Dark Lord Harry fic...you already know it's a leap of faith.

I genuinely think the premise makes a lot of sense for someone as traumatized as Harry was, and I love that the other two keep him accountable where possible. I think that the author probably just ran out of plot/ways to resolve said plot. It feels a little too wrapped up/too easily - like I find happy ever afters really difficult to believe in a story this dark - with a few holes, but I still love the journey. It's been a hot minute since I felt this invested in a fanfiction (and I've consumed about twenty of them in the past two months alone, let alone hundreds over the past 15 years).

An interesting idea.

Pretty entertaining and a change from the usual Harry Potter fics I normally read.

DNF. I don't think the premise works in the way it was presented

Intriguing premise, well-written, and not overly verbose and drawn out as most fanfictions tend to be.
