This has a lot of drama, some mystery, and a ton of dysfunction but I really enjoyed the heck out it. The steam factor is off the charts and the chemistry between Cash and Jules is truly believable. I loved how everything unfolded, and the crazy twists and turns that were revealed shocked the heck out of me. Some of them I suspected but there were just as many I never saw coming. Despite the adultery content of this book/duet, at the heart of it is the deep emotional pull of two people who were made for each other. Their individual strength only intensified as their relationship grew. The writing is stellar and although I would’ve loved an epilogue, the story was totally engrossing. If the subject matter doesn’t offend you, I encourage you to check this and the previous book out.

Oh my, and all that is steamy, book two started where book one ended. I pulled an all-nighter to find out what happens. Again this is based around cheating, so this book may not be for you, and that is okay.
Trashy Conquest is the conclusion to Trashy affair: so much steam, infidelity, drama, betrayal, and mystery. One theory I had I was right about but not the extreme. I couldn't have been happier how that played out.
The character growth and writing is phenomenal. There are many triggers, such as attempted suicide, drug overdose, and infidelity. I did love the ending, and it would be a five-star review if there were an epilogue. I highly recommend this duet.

Still a lot going on in the conclusion of this story but I will say this second book was packed with the sexy stuff.

Goodness gracious…it feels like I’ve been waiting forever for this book!! And especially after the cliffhanger we were all left with…I was slowly dying inside waiting to find out what happened next for Cash and Jules!
This book is NOT a standalone. Trashy Foreplay needs to be read first before starting this one, because Trashy Conquest picks up right where book one left off.
Book one focuses on the introduction and building of Cash and Jules’ uniquely complicated relationship. Their forbidden romance I found so alluring in book one carries into this book effortlessly, but with a whole new set of obstacles added to their already complex situation. All the questions we were left with are finally answered, but the path to the truth is one strewed with secrets, lies, and deception.
This quick read is a definite page-turner! The combustible heat, the underlying intrigue, and proclamations of love all blend together in a well-written love story that conquers prejudice about controversial topics in romances.

Trashy Conquest by Gemma James is book Two in the Trashy Affair Series. This book picks up where we were left in the first book 'Trashy Foreplay', so you really should read the previous book to fully enjoy this one. This continues the story of Jules and Cash which is turning into a hot soap opera. Jules and Cash past comes back to haunt them since it hasn't been put to rest. An Ex love wants another chance and another is possibly dead. Attractions are running high but can anything be worked out between this hot couple? Really enjoying this hot soap opera story!

Trashy Conquest is the long awaited and very much worth the wait conclusion to Trashy Foreplay. And, boy does it live up to its title! Trashy in the most sinfully delicious, steam up your kindle, you won’t be able to put it down way! Picking up at the jaw dropping cliff we were left at in Trashy Foreplay, Conquest gives us more insight into Jules and Cash’s past, and the rest of the story. Theirs is a story you don’t want to miss, it’s unlike any story out there, do not pass up this series!

Picking up right where the drama left off in book one, we have a mystery on our hands. Someone is missing, someone is dead and no one knows what is going on.
This type of story is certainly not everyone's cup-of-tea, but I enjoyed the heck out of it. Cash and Jules have an unconventional meeting and an even more unconventional story. They spark something in each other that they never experienced before and now there are mountains in their way.
This book has twists and turns, lots of drama, some serious heat and a bunch of questions that need to be answered. OHHHH and let's not forget some completely unexpected appearances. I was thankful to get to the bottom of all of the background noise, even though some it felt a little light on the whys of it all. Like the reasoning wasn't quite good enough, but it all worked with the story. This felt like a quick read, maybe because I was eager for everything to fall into place. Told in dual POVs, both of these characters had a lot going on but their lives were so interesting. I can't wait to see what else this author might have in store for us this year because if you are looking for something that pushes your limits, well then look no further.

This was a epic ending to Jules and Cash’s story. They have had so many insane obstacles but are determined to make it through. There was a lots of things that took me off guard in this book which is hard to do cause I normally can anticipate what’s coming next but this made it hard for me which is why I loved it even more

Trashy Conquest picks up right where Trashy Foreplay so cruelly left off. But don't think that just because this is the conclusion to Cash and Jules' story that the author takes it easy on our couple. Oh no, that would be too easy ... This time around there's a whole new set of problems, one aside from the obvious obstacle looming in their way. Cash and Jules will have to fight to stay together. Fight for their relationship and fight all the big obstacles standing in the way of their love.
Normally I probably wouldn't want to read a duet that centers on the main couple cheating, but honestly, this duet has been so entertaining to read, and Cash and Jules are pretty amazing characters, that I couldn't even get too upset with the cheating. Yes, there is definitely cheating in this duet, but I'd go as far as saying it's deserved, and it's not trashy as the title suggests. What these two have is special - emotionally substantial, heartfelt, and of course, very sexy. If you haven't read Trashy Foreplay you must read it first before diving into Trashy Conquest, as it's most definitely not a standalone novel. I think if you can get past the cheating, you will find yourself falling for this couple just like I did!

After a quick read through of the first book in this the Trashy Affair duet, I have to proclaim that Trashy Conquest was SO.WORTH.THE.WAIT! Trashy Conquest is the long awaited follow-up to Gemma James' Trashy Foreplay and like that reading experience I inhaled this story. Cash and Jules have some amazing chemistry, they type that simply oooozes off the page. But for Cash and Jules, being together means broken marriage vows, interfering exes, and risks to the stability and ownership of a million dollar business. For Cash and Jules...it's SO.WORTH.IT!
The story picks up right where we left off, Cash and Jules are moving their relationship to the next level, but when Cash returns to his penthouse there's trouble afoot. Cashs' past is not going to go away so easily and he continues to uncover family secrets that point to long time and a far reaching breach of trust. Jules is now battling the return of her past a the realization that she's not the only guilty party. These tests' drive the direction of Cash and Jules' relationship and further show how very connected they are.
"Forget engaging in public foreplay. The only thing Cash Montgomery has on his mind is total conquest...I’m not sure who’s the true victor here. Because I’m pretty sure we both are."
This was a wonderful conclusion to the incredibly erotically charged story that started in Trashy Foreplay. If you are new to Gemma James this duet is a great place to start and if you are already a reader of GJ, this is a can't be missed read.

Trashy Conquest picks up right where Trashy Foreplay ends and HOLY HADES is this book amazing. It has everything in it from steamy, to true love, to amazing chemistry between Cash and Jules. Only this time Cash's wife is missing and things start to get complicated for Jules and cash but they fight like hell to stay together and keep what they have built. If that isn't bad enough we now have Jules ex at her door step wanting her back promising her everything will be okay he will love her and treat her right and give her everything she has every wanted and needs.
But Jules has made up her mind as to who her true love is and that is Cash and no matter what they have to go through she will stand by her man and wait it out. This is the amazing conclusion to Jules and Cash's story and DAMN the way it unfolded was simply phenomenal and I could not wait to get to the end to see what happened.
This is a must read duet that will blow your mind. Yes it is a taboo reading but it is phenomenal and you will not be disappointed!

I loved the first book TRASHY FOREPLAY, and have been eagerly awaiting the conclusion to that cliffhanger ending. Unfortunately, TRASHY CONQUEST just didn’t quite live up to my expectations. The story moved quite quickly, with numerous unpredictable revelations along the way which had me enthralled (for awhile), BUT I felt like I had stepped into a bad soap opera with all the infidelities and betrayals that are revealed in the second half of the book. And after all the revelations, everything was resolved so quickly and conveniently. Maybe that was a good thing as I don’t think I could have taken any more surprises in one book. I still enjoyed the chemistry between Cash and Jules, but I did get a little sick of the “are you sure you still want me?” question that kept going back and forth between them. I will still read another book by Gemma James but this one just didn’t quite hit the mark for me. I prefer her dark and depraved heroes instead.

Trashy Conquest by Gemma James is book 2 of the Trashy Affair duo. These books must be read in order as book two picks up right where book 1 ended.
If cheating is a trigger for you, skip this read.
This duo is fantastic. Book two is a jumble of emotion and it feels like a Rollercoaster ride. It felt like I was holding my breath for just about half of the book.
Gemma does a fantastic job at keeping you entertained and hooked on the novel. The characters are well developed and keep the storyline engaging. The steamy romance scenes are a definite bonus.
Highly recommend.

Pins and needles!! I've been on pins and needles waiting for this book. Finally!!!! I loved it. Devoured it from start to finish and was left kinda speechless. All the ups and downs were insane. Emotional Rollercoaster for sure. Sweet Jesus! This book was hot. Something forbidden shouldn't be so good but OMGEEEE it was amazing. Gemma is a fave of mine for a reason and this book just proved it. Can't wait to see what else she has in store for us!

Y'all. Gemma James is quickly becoming a must read for me.
This picks up right where Trashy Foreplay left off. There's a bit of drama, a little suspense, and a ton of on 🔥🔥🔥 scenes to just about melt the pages 😉 I was NOT disappointed at all with this book! Definitely recommend.

Holy hot cakes this book is explosive!!! Lana- White Hot Reads
I've been waiting for this book since I finished Trashy Foreplay last year and let me tell you it was worth the wait to see how Jules and Cash's story panned out. Their love and attraction to each other is smoking hot with sexually chemistry like no other. You can't help but root for them to make it even with the obstacles in there way.

Seriously speaking, I didn't care about the epilogue or their HEA because I know that in a few years, these characters will just cheat on each other when the going gets tough. That's how fragile their relationship is because they are both just driven with their lust and turned to each other as a rebound from their previous partners.
Again, everyone is cheating here so don't be surprised.
I knew from the first POV of Cash from Book 1 that it's gonna be the twin brother—so dang obvious.
So we have his Wife, Monica and his twin brother, Kaden. Which later on revealed that the photo was edited but the two were in a relationship for years until Cash and Monica's wedding.
Then we have Jules' sister, Brit who got impregnated by her toxic ex, Chris. Oh, you think that's the end of the list for cheaters?
Now get this, Cash and Kaden's father is having an affair with Monica's mother. And he admitted that he and their mom have been in an open relationship for years because apparently, the company is the only thing important for these idiots.
The people cheating in here are so hilarious I can't even. I just finished this Duet even though it's trashy because I refuse to have a DNF on my shelf just when the year 2024 is starting.
Maybe if this was turned into an affair with so much fate and the kind of romance that would make you sigh—like the author was trying to do on the first few pages of Book 1—then I would've loved this. This is plain lust, as simple as that.

Jules was the other woman with Cash, but her initial “cheating” instance with former boss Perry wasn’t cheating, it was date rape. Hmmm, does Kaden’s date with Jules count as cheating?

And the plot thickens… and twists and turns before you can even catch your breath from the last one. If I’m being honest here, I must say that this story of love, betrayal, and disturbing acts had me at hello! I could not for the life of me put this shit down.
Jules is my girl! She’s making her way in this great big world all on her own. She came across a tad bit frail in the first book, Trashy Foreplay, but I knew somewhere in that little body of hers was lion waiting to roar and roar she did.
Cash has a good heart! He knows exactly what he needs to do, but influences from the outside are making that especially difficult. Situations are looking bleak and his future not so great, but I have faith in him to come out on the other side a better man.
The supporting character cast was driving me crazy. So many back stabbers, people with their own agendas, and ones who you’d think would have your back, but only if you do what they want you to do. Ugh!
I was moved by this story, but then again it is a Gemma James story so need I say more? She gives you a love story, a complicated, fucked up, and almost impossible love story, but hell, I wouldn’t have it any other way. I absolutely loved the characters, even the bad ones! The pacing is perfect, the storyline thick with suspense and action, and the climax will rock your socks off! Loved it Gemma, thanks for sharing your crazy stories with the world!!!

And the plot thickens… and twists and turns before you can even catch your breath from the last one. If I’m being honest here, I must say that this story of love, betrayal, and disturbing acts had me at hello! I could not for the life of me put this shit down.
Jules is my girl! She’s making her way in this great big world all on her own. She came across a tad bit frail in the first book, Trashy Foreplay, but I knew somewhere in that little body of hers was lion waiting to roar and roar she did.

Trashy Conquest by Gemma James is book Two in the Trashy Affair Series. This book picks right up where Trashy Foreplay (Trashy Affair #1) left off and yes, continues the steamy and angsty love story of Jules and Cash.
I have been dying for this book!! Literally dying--Like I've been on pins and needles while waiting for this book and now that it's here- OMG let me tell you-- its so hot, sexy, angsty, passionate, emotional, unexpected, forbidden, fierce, heartbreaking, gritty, betrayal, gripping, filled with twists and turns, stunning romance and epic love.
If things weren't complicated enough between Jules and Cash regarding their relationship, things just became even more difficult and complicated when his wife turns up missing , there's a devastating surprise awaiting him at his apartment and then when it comes for Jules, her ex is in town and he seemingly wants her back. WOW!!! Highs and Lows. Can Jules and Cash ever get their HEA ? This story has everything- secrets, lies, betrayal, guilt, forbidden love, affair, true love, forgiveness and happiness. I loved that Cash and Jules knew they had each other. My only small problem with the story is I would have loved an epilogue to show how the main characters were doing afterwards but that is just my opinion. This is just a beautiful and moving read that will have you glued to the story and will have you rooting for the main characters from start to finish.

The hype of Trashy Conquest, the second novel in James' Trashy Affairs series is brilliant and downright devious. I felt like I was on a rollercoaster and couldn't get off. Cash and Jules’s relationship is a bumpy journey with erotic episodes that provide the reader with filthy and wicked fantasies. Beyond what anyone can imagine.
Trashy Conquest is not a standalone and must be read in order with Trashy Foreplay prior as T. Conquest picks up right at the cliffhanger we were delivered. Make no mistake if you are uncomfortable with affair-type tropes then please move on as this novel/series is not for you.
This duet will give you 100% feels, yet deliver anticipated twists and turns you didn't see coming. Gemma James's writing is engrossing and captivating and within this short, fast read it really shows her skills.

Oh thank you James, being left on that cliff hanger was hard!
Trashy Conquest picks up where book 1 finishes and it is a big mess, Cash is in a state of shock wondering how all of this happened. Seeking the answers, he wants it sets off a domino effect revealing more secrets that the people he loves have hidden. Jules got her fresh start, it might have not been the best way but they were making it happen, with her ex on her door step asking for forever and her sister betraying her she comes to realise that what she has with Cash is everything she has ever wanted.
I personally really enjoyed this book, after reading Trashy Foreplay I couldn’t wait to get my hands on the conclusion. James has a very flow writing going between both characters flawlessly, she suckered me in and I read this book in 1 sitting; I could not put it down!
If you are worried about the cheating aspect of this story you have to remember that there are no innocent parties throughout.
I cannot wait to read more from Gemma James.

This book picks up from where Trashy Foreplay left us and things between Cash and Jules are getting more complicated and messier by the second. With dead bodies, missing spouses, an ex that doesn’t get the hint, Cash and Jules have a lot to deal with. With twists appearing from nowhere, betrayal and deceit from all sides, it’s hard to see how their relationship can survive it all but Cash is determined he’s going to untangle the mess they’ve found themselves in and make things right for them both.
Like a lot of readers I was left hanging after the ending of Trashy Foreplay. I had a ton of questions I needed answers for and finally, Trashy Conquest has given me those answers. This book is like a soap opera. There’s so much going on it’s enough to make your head spin but it’s so addictive it’s hard to put it down. The super hot chemistry between Cash and Jules helps balance out the tension in the rest of this book and there’s something about both characters that drew me to them.

Trashy Conquest is book 2 in the Trashy Affair Series and it picks up right where book 1 left off between Cash and Jules left off. Dealing with the fallout of their affair comes as a minor issue when Cash's wife, Monica, goes missing and a dead body is discovered in his apartment. All of which happened while he was curled up with Jules at her place. In the quest for finding both his wife and killer, both Cash and Jules unearth many juicy secrets and past betrayals that may have been better left buried. It's a fast-paced rollercoaster ride that you won't want to miss. The heat level is off the charts and Cash's sexy alpha-male personality will leave you panting for more. Once again Gemma James has created a real page-turner that will keep you on the edge of your seat. Can't wait to see what she comes up with next.
