The Lead Goat Veered Off: A Bicycling Adventure On Sardinia

Rate this book
Seeking a change in their hectic lifestyle, Neil and Sharon opt for simplicity. They chuck the house, the car, the electric can opener, the day-to-day grind and load up their bikes to head out on the open road. Out there, they encounter a world nothing like the one they left behind. In this adventure, Neil and Sharon leave the comfortable amenities of the French Riviera and tour the west coast of Corsica, Napoleon's birthplace, before sailing to the island of Sardinia. The places and people they meet along the way make them question their long held beliefs of success and the so-called good life. <>P"Success is not in monetary and material excess. Success is being true to yourself, living your life in your own way, living a life of compassion, forgiveness and tolerance with a warm heart."
