Oh yes, KY is definitely too trusting. Liem is a sociopathic sorcerer who is abusing his demon, which Ky has named Brave. I love the names he uses for his demons. I really wanted him to bring Brave home with him. He's also learning more about Magnificent Night. I indubitably love love love this exquisitely written series. I will continue reading it to the end. Very captivating series. :)
