The technological singularity has begun.
In the late 21st Century, mankind trades in its flesh for regenerative bodies even as the Earth is scorched by the Sun. A mysterious movement seeks to hide psychological disorders that might prevent their own ascension on a space station encircling Earth.

After reading book 1 I feel the author finally settles into his maturity. Chapters felt longer and more fleshed out than the first. Characters are more determined. Also, the mystery behind the origin of the once mermaid elemental women are explored. Kudos to the AI. Haha. Very funny with her innuendos. Looking forward to seeing where the series goes from here.
