14 Days

Rate this book
In this novel, the reader is walked through 14 days in which Harry, the protagonist, must face his fears and traumas in order to try and attain sanity again. While the days are not linked in time, they are linked in his mind through memory. If he cannot or will not do this, he will forever be trapped in a traumatized, paranoid schizophrenic state of mind, unable to interact with the world of his own accord. This novel sheds a light on the truth of what it looks like to be inside the head of someone with a mental disorder, and exactly what it takes to live with that, and try to overcome it every day. The author has dubbed the title of the genre for this book as a "Critically Discursive Psychological Thriller," based off of a field of research with a similar name, Critical Discursive Psychology.
