I'm super happy with the writing style, breaking it down and making it easy to understand! Although the resources on the website are not well maintained.
Good overview of MSP and history of where it came from and problems it solved along the way. We're seeing many of these same problems take place again today in different forms.
Hard to rate since it doesn't describe the current challenges, but the models to think through are there.

This is hands down the best book to read if you are considering going into managed services. 2.5 years ago I decided to convert my business from break/fix (hourly consulting only) to Managed Services. This book was recommended to me and it was very easy to read with a very usable, step by step plan to actually do it. It worked so well for me that we are now 100% Managed Services, we let go 80% of our clients a year ago and are growing and more profitable than ever before. I actually ended up getting personal coaching from Karl, which was worth every penny!
