Questo è solo il riassunto del libro "Why we sleep". L'ho letto due volte per assimilare meglio tutti i concetti. Che dire? Questo è un libro che letteralmente può cambiarti la vita. L'autore insiste sull'importanza di dormire 8 ore per notte e snocciola una serie di studi a suffragio della sua tesi. Che vanno dal miglioramento delle performance intellettuali, della salute in tutte le sue parti, dell'umore, ecc... Se fosse vero anche solo il 20% di quello che scrive sarebbe già sufficente per far cambiare abitudini a tutti. Scontato dire che è una lettura consigliata
