A useful, handy guide to bring calm and harmony to our inner life. Every page has byte size words of wisdom, accompanied with soothing pictures from nature. The definition of meditation is simply Observation, Mindfulness, Being Conscious, Receptivity, Paying attention to moment-to-moment level. It is required because of the nature of our minds to indulge in the past, wishful thinking about future, fantasize, projections or indulgence in useless activities. A very good introduction to the subject of Mindfulness and its application to our aspects of our lives. The only issue is if we pause and reflect all the time before action, we loose spontaneity and initiative.
