If you like poetry, this is a great collection for trauma from relationships. Personally, I couldn’t read it. One: it hit too close to home and two: poetry isn’t my thing :) but it is still a good little collection of notes so 4/5.

I read this book for a challenge and I didn't like it at all. Some of it made no sense or I just couldn't catch the rhythm. Not for me.
