It was... not what I expected. I kinda expected a horse shifter story from the cover, and after reading the blurb, maybe something darker. But there wasn't any angst, he just said "You're mine" and she's like: "Oh, Okay". This had more sex scenes than anything else, and it got tiresome after a while. It was very repetitive, too, with “Vargan killed my brother, so I wanted to kill him; I couldn’t find him so I wanted to kill his woman, but I fucked her instead” repeated at least once in every freaking chapter. Or at least it felt that way. And how she preferred Wick because Vargan was mean, and she disliked him, but not Wick and she wanted to kiss him, not like Vargan, who she did not like. OMG! I got it, OK? I’m not stupid, and I have a greater attention span than a fly, so I’m perfectly capable of remembering something I read two pages ago. So, yeah, I wouldn’t say I liked it. Read at your own risk.
