Over the past six months, I have been using this workbook to connect with the cycles of the moon and the astrological seasons. Like any workbook, you get what you put into it. There are times when I followed it precisely, and other times where I put it away for a while. I appreciated the level of detail included about each specific moon phase and how it related to what sign it is in. I really enjoyed the suggested tarot spreads and wish that there would have been more of them. Occasionally, I found the spells bordering on inaccessible (the sheer amount of candles you would have to buy to do them!) and the tone a bit too hippie-dippie (and that's coming from someone who BOUGHT A $40 MOON WORKBOOK). If you are curious about Modern Women/Sarah Faith Gottesdeiner's work, I would recommend signing up for her newsletter, as there is a lot of the same information provided there.

I suck at reading things at set times. This was good, but I don't think it's for me.

Love these workbooks! Unfortunately late to the game, only have one before this. Sad that the one after this will be the last, but I can’t imagine all of the blood + sweat it took to make these happen. The synchronicities are eerie, love the addition of tarot spreads and journaling questions. I too have a hard time doing things on time and didn’t find enough time for all of the rituals, but I love how ACCESSIBLE they are. You really don’t need to get out and buy 1,000 candles or crystals or oils, you can use one here or there and create your own using many found or domestic objects.

LOVED IT.
This workbook has helped me grow spiritually and support myself through journaling and self-care, which has drastically impacted my mood and wellbeing. I can't recommend this enough to anyone who is open to different aspects of spirituality and wants to learn a whole lot about themselves in the process.
