Jade and Asher meet one day with Jade accusing Asher of being a peeping Tom. Jade loves her job as a nanny. But, there happens to be more details to this she does not know. Asher wants Jade to believe he is not a peeping Tom by offering to take her to dinner. From there things only get better. Then they have some big bumps in the road. Will the path for Jade an Asher lead to broken hearts and disappointment or happiness? This is a must read book by an incredibly talented author! I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book.
This beautiful romance is steamy, emotional and very well written. I liked the engaging storyline and intriguing characters. This book is a great read.
After graduating college, Jade found a job as a nanny while also being able to practice the one thing she has loved. Asher has been jaded by the dating scene and cannot help his attraction to the fiery lady who calls him out on peeping. Both cannot deny their attraction, but Asher is keeping secrets. Will their relationship be able to survive Asher's secrets? Will Jade finally get to live out her dream?
This book had a couple of twists I honestly wasn't expecting. I loved Jade's soft and take no prisoners sides. Asher slowly started to soften throughout the story, but I did agree that he should have told her about the secrets before it could blow up in his face. Great read!

Jade never imagined herself as a nanny but when times got tough she took a job as a nanny to baby Jacob and it gave her time to try out recipes which were her passion. When she meets Asher it is not the most friendly meeting but after he asks her out she thinks they have the chemistry to see where it goes, but Asher is keeping a secret that could destroy everything.
I liked the beginning of this and I really liked Jade. I didn't understand Asher's secret and it felt like it just dropped. Overall good story but was a bit confused with the ending.
I adored this book. Laughing, crying, rooting for them to work everything out. Gah! The emotions this book evoked in me. Plus the hot and sexy chemistry, make this a must read.
Asher is accused of being a peeping tom by Jade. He is utterly confused but to apologize he asks her to dinner. Sparks fly but some secrets should me mentioned on the first date. Love this book i wanna see their story continue!
Jade loved her job as a nanny in the beautiful, grand home in prestigious West Hollywood. She was so lucky to be here! Taking care of such a wonderful little boy, 9-month-old Jacob, was a pleasure; and she even got a chance to indulge in her favorite passion – cooking! She felt sorry for her boss, though. Magdalene was like a puppy dog, waiting for Jacob’s daddy to call her for dinner or whatever. Heath was a rich snob who blatantly was cheating on her constantly. Magdalene had a huge mansion to live in, but her boyfriend treated her badly, yet she was still eager to run to him whenever he called.
Looking to purchase this building, Asher examined the fancy condo where he was temporarily staying. It was a poor substitute for his own mansion which provided the luxury and space he needed. But he liked to get a feel for things before he invested, so he was trying out the condo for a month, looking for ways to improve the experience to raise the asking price. He even had a telescope room for his entertainment! He had just acquired a NASA replica and bent down to adjust the knobs and check it out.
Jade saw Magdalene come through the front door, eyes red and puffy. Apparently this was one of those nights when Heath sent her home after he finished with her. She didn’t even get dinner! But since she was now home early, she told Jade to take off the rest of the evening. Since Jade lived upstairs as nanny, she went up for a hot bath to relax. But as she looked out the windows, she saw movement and a man on his phone, fooling with a telescope that was pointed at her! She covered herself, closed the blinds and hurried into the bathroom. When did that guy move in? She swore the place had been empty!
The next day, Jade had to go shopping, but a neighbor’s dog ran away and Jade chased it down. She saw the “peeping Tom” arguing with the maintenance man in the alley, so she walked up, poked him in the chest, and started to berate him about watching her with his telescope. He told her to “wait over there”, and she took offense because that was how Magdalene’s boyfriend, Heath, talked down to her. So instead, she turned and stomped home.
All day and through the evening, Asher could not get the pretty blonde off his mind. His blind date, a model, just could not compare and he ended the evening early. Asher finally gets his chance to ask Jade to dinner to explain the telescope. Will they pursue a relationship? Will Asher have second thoughts due to their social differences? And will secrets tear them apart?
This was a well written book with a good story line and strong, likable characters. Billionaire Asher had turned himself from party-animal to workaholic. Meeting the down-to-Earth Jade could be the best thing that ever happened to him, if they can sustain the feelings they have and enjoy each other for the people they truly are. I definitely recommend the book! I really enjoyed it. I voluntarily reviewed this book and my comments reflect my honest opinion.
Jade is a strong, beautiful woman, not afraid to speak her mind and intimidated by few. She's currently working as a nanny for baby Jacob, not her first choice of careers, but it gives her the freedom to indulge in her true passion, cooking, and she's starting to love spending time with the sweet little boy.
Jade lives with Jacob's mom who lives the high life thanks to her baby daddy - a billionaire who keeps Jacob's mom in a highrise condo as his beck and call girl. Jade feels sorry for the young mom who is constantly being tossed aside, but has become accustomed to the craziness of the lifestyles of the rich and (in)famous while living in this exclusive building.
One of these rich crazies however, pushes Jade to her breaking point when she suspects him of spying into her bedroom with his telescope collection. She confronts him on the street and isn't afraid to let him have it. This neighbor - Cole - is befuddled by this feisty woman accusing him of being a peeping tom, but she disappears before he has a chance to explain. He can't get Jade out of his mind though and waits patiently to cross paths with her again. He charms his way into being granted both forgiveness and a dinner date and once the misunderstanding is resolved, they hit it off immediately.
Jade is aware of the disparity in their social standing and incomes, but she's not attracted to Cole's money, she's attracted to Cole. His intelligence, kindness, humour and his good looks don't hurt either. They're both aware that the paps could spin a less than flattering story about the billionaire being bamboozled by the young, beautiful nanny, but they don't care. Jade and Cole love spending time together, have insane chemistry and are in the happy bubble of a new relationship.
The bubble threatens to burst though when Jade finds out about a huge secret Cole's been keeping from her. Can she ever trust him again? Will she be able to forgive him after being lied to from day one?
Great, steamy romance with an interesting storyline and genuine characters. It's a unique spin on the billionaire/nanny trope with a twist I didn't predict (I love it when that happens!) Also - I absolutely loved the ending! :)

This was an amazing story. The chemistry between Jade and Asher just about melted my kindle. This was a well written story with strong characters. If you haven't read anything by this author now would be a great time to start with this story.
I received a copy of this book and I gladly leave my review. I’m a big fan of Lulu’s work and this book is no exception, fantastic read and I was up till 4am reading this book because I couldn’t go to sleep and wonder what happened. This is the story of Jade and Asher, Jade is the nanny of little Jacob and even though she loves the job and the kid her dream is to own her own restaurant one day. Asher is a billionaire who deals in mergers and acquisitions and his hobby is anything to do with the stars that’s why he has so many telescopes. Jade is starting to get undressed in front of her window when she see’s a man with a telescope across the way in the other building. Jade runs into Asher in an alley and she gives him a piece of her mind but Asher is confused. A couple of weeks later after Asher has been waiting around to see Jade he spots her and he asks her out to dinner and she says yes. That is all I’m giving you in spoilers and if you want to know what happens next you need to get this book. This book is absolutely fantastic and congratulations Lulu another great read. I absolutely recommend this book and if I could give it 10 stars I would.
This is a delicious tale of romance, drama, betrayal and finally redemption. Asher first meets Jade when she accuses him of spying on her from across the street with his telescope! Jade is not his normal type. She is beautiful but she is also strong, kind and down to earth. Asher usually goes out with shallow models who are more interested in his wallet. To convince Jade he is not a creepy stalker, he persuades Jade to have dinner with him. Jade is a nanny living across the street from Asher's temporary residence. Jacob is an adorable baby who takes up most of her time. His mom Magdalene is a former model who spends little time with her son. The more time Asher and Jade spend together the stronger their feelings become. They are definitely falling for each other. Things are going very well until Jade learns of Asher's secret. Let's just say it's big! Can Asher convince Jade his feelings are real and that he never meant to hurt or use her? Lulu Pratt wrote an amazing book well worth the read!!!!!! I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book.
I couldn't peel myself away from this one! Most of the book is about Jade, who is nanny to baby Jacob, and Asher, the billionaire neighbour in the title, falling in love. Jade recognises the discrepancy in their jobs and finances and while discussing this with Asher, Asher responds by acknowledging the importance of what she provides to young Jacob. Swoon! No worries about her not fitting Into his social circle, stealing his money, just pure enjoyment and pleasure in her company. They were sizzling when they were together, too. But Asher is working hard to resolve a historical situation and knows it might put his relationship with Jade in jeopardy. As much as I enjoyed watching them fall in love, I enjoyed watching the drama unfold and how tidily Ms Pratt resolved it. Well told story beautifully told.
I received an arc of this book and have voluntarily reviewed it.
Billionaire Neighbor is a really good read. It is engaging from the beginning and the story flows well. Lulu Pratt always does a great job with character development and this book is no exception. The chemistry between Jade and Asher is hot, sexy and sweet all at the same time. My only complaint is that I wish there had been a little more detail about how the Heath and Magdalena situation played out...but, that's just me, and it doesn't impact the star rating for this book. I easily read this in one sitting and never stopped rooting for their HEA. Overall, this is a sweet, sexy, story that is totally worth every minute reading. I received this book as an ARC and am leaving an honest, voluntary review.
Wow I didn't know how this book was going but I so love how it turned from one thing to another. It always had our minds thinking, what if. In the beginning I love how you gave us the picture of Asher as this guy who was a workaholic, but so done to earth. Always striving for more. Then we have Jade, a young woman who is a nanny for a woman who is a little bit crazy. Lol! When they are finally able to come to terms with how they really feel things take a huge turn. One I saw coming but wasn't sure if it was going to be true. By the end of the story we see wrongs made right and true love win. Excellent read! I give this book 5 stars. I voluntarily reviewed this book as an Advanced Reader's Copy.
Another wonderful story by Lulu Pratt, we meet feisty Jade who is the nanny for a wonderful little boy, Jacob. She meets her neighbor, sexy billionaire Asher, after confronting him about looking into her room and the relationship grows from there. The chemistry between them is hot, but soon Asher realizes he has to tell Jade some news that might destroy their relationship. Unfortunately he doesn't tell her soon enough and now has to work at getting her back.
Wonderful story with great likable characters. No cliffhangers, standalone story with wonderful HEA.
There is Jade, who is a live in nanny as she couldn't find any job with her English degree. She's good at it though. Then there is Asher who is an alpha billionaire and is very specific in how he does things. When he meets Jade, he can't stop thinking about her. She is a breath of fresh air. Can the billionaire fall in love with a nanny? Can they make it work? Asher has a secret, one that can blow things out of the water. Will it kill their relationship? Can she forgive him? You'll need to read the book to find out. This was a cute story with just the right amount of steam. Enjoy.

Well written story with a nice storyline and plot. I like that the characters and how they develop. A passionate and emotional read with twists. I liked this story a lot. It has a lot to it. The drama and twists makes it very enjoyable to read. It is captivating.
It is written in dual POV which gives the reader much more of the thoughts and feelings of the main characters. The epilogue is very welcomed and gives the story more to it and it finishes it better of than without it. There are passion, hot scenes and lots of chemistry in this amazing story.
I received a copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Jade and Asher come from two completely different worlds but somehow their worlds collide because of a telescope that is pointed in the wrong direction. Jade thinks that Asher is a peeping tom, but is really innocent, and she confronts him about it when she sees him outside of the apartment building that she lives and works. Since that day Asher can’t stop thinking about her and there may be something different about her. This was a great book that will make want to know what happens up until the very end.
I received this book in exchange for an honest review.
Lulu Pratt gives the reader a lovely story about Jade, a nanny and Asher is a billionaire who works hard but seems down to earth. When this two meet there are sparks, of course they're because Jade thinks Asher is a peeping Tom. As these two begin their relationship Jade is unaware how her current employer is going to try to ruin her happily ever after. There is a twist in the story. I was given this book for an honest voluntary review.
I love Lulu Pratt's writing. Her writing style is easy to read. The plot was a little different than your normal nanny/billionaire storylines. I really like the twist to this plot. The storyline flowed smoothly throughout. I loved the characters. The chemistry between Asher and Jade was good. I thought the characters were well-developed and easily relatable. It was an enjoyable read!
I voluntarily read and reviewed a free copy of this book...
This book is so easy to read; it had a good storyline, strong characters, flows well and kept my interest right to the end. I connected with Jade and Asher from the start and really enjoyed watching their relationship unfold. I would recommend this book wholeheartedly.
I am voluntarily leaving this review after receiving an ARC.
This was a good read. I liked how all the different characters were all connected in someway. It was an interesting plot and kept me engaged throughout the story. I would recommend reading it. There's NO cliffhangers and NO cheating. And definitely a HEA! I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
Jade is sure she she's someone spying on her with a telescope in a neighbouring apartment. When the chance arises to confront him she doesn't miss the opportunity. Asher is confused when confronted but the woman doesn't stick around long enough to find out what she means. He knows he can't get her out of his head and decides to find her.
A great read from Lulu Pratt! Once again, we are drawn into a kickass storyline with characters you both love and love to hate...and a few twists and turns along the way to a super HEA. This one definitely belongs on your TBR! (I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book and really liked it.) ❤️
The blurb is a spoiler and I feel it's a little inaccurate. Jade doesn't try to stand between him and anything. The book is so much better if you just get right to reading it. I picked this up on KU and enjoyed it regardless. Jade is working towards saving for her dream. Asher is a swoon-worthy hero with a flaw for holding back info.
