In the summer of 2015, I was trying to find an escape as a broken heart was tearing me apart. I would drown myself with alcohol, hoping to find a fix. Never did I want to show it and never did I want anyone to know. Therefore, I created this persona or an alter ego, Benjamin, Benjamin the Poet.

Interesting collection of tales
This book gives a solid preview of Benjamin's past and perhaps his future. You begin to understand the things he has been through and start anticipating what may happen next. The fun part is wondering what event specifically lead to the feelings, as often times the effect is provided in the text however you must speculate to determine what may have been the cause. It's clear that Benjamin has been through heartbreak and it's my hope that one day we learn more of the person who caused that heartbreak.
