Very informative book on management principles. The book was well organized and made points clearly and concisely.
However, I will say reading this using the Flatworld website was a mess. Their reader is extremely limited and only works properly with Google Chrome (broken on Mozilla Firefox). Customer support didn't seem concerned when I contacted them about it. You can't change the font other than the size, the highlighting/notetaking feature is more trouble to use than it's worth, and there is not text-to-speech function unlike many modern day textbook readers. It is a pretty bare bones reader, and honestly I would have opted for the PDF option if it weren't $20 more.
Despite that, though, the book was pretty good. It never felt boring or useless and served its purpose as a textbook for a college-level management class.
It's an educational book. I really advice those who study Business management to read it. It starts from the beginning with the definitions of the new concepts and the managerial concepts that are commonly used within organizations and companies. It talks about every single thing relates to the management and administration. Strongly recommended even for those who know nothing about management.
