Man...I just about hurt my stomach laughing at the buffoonery of James' parents & their beloved skank Holly. The three of them are certifiable.😂😅 James, Stan and Eric are adorable! Reminded me of my brothers and how much I love them! How they came out so sane is amazing. And I have no clue how Miriam & Sharon lasted at that company as long as they did! This is one rollicking free for all but you will love all three couples as they stay true to themselves and forge their own destinies regardless of Mommie & Daddy Dearest. ( HaHaha..Jocasta..I'm going to remember that..Hahaha....😅)
The book had some good ideas but it lacked explanation of all the plot twists that it had going on-like what kind of illness made the heroine sick and take the drastic actions that she did-how did she actually fin out? If all 3 brothers were different and independently wealthy why did they tolerate their parents actions and not just cut them off years ago? The main characters had a spark but did not seem to know each other well or tell each other any real thing happening in their lives-it was a lot to take in and believe with very little real explanation; it could have been a better book with less ideas and more fleshing out of the characters and the strongest ideas.
The editing in this book was awful! I couldn't finish this book because of the grammatical errors that's a first for me ( "He swanned over to his desk and eat down"). The plot was not believable. A billionaire in his thirties being made to marry a woman who sexuality abused him when they were both teenagers by his parents?! Why would a grown man put up with that? Save your money! I wish I had.
I enjoyed both stories but the second one didn't come to a conclusion about her ex. I really not a big fan of fast sexual relationships. I think the pursuit is much more fun.
