LaToya’s suspicions are confirmed. Someone has been lurking in the shadows and is now out in the open, and there’s almost nothing she can do about it. Much to her surprise, Jake knew his ex-wife was back and wants to build a relationship with Little J, but Toya has concerns—real concerns that could impact not only her relationship with Jake but the mother-son relationship she’s built with Little J.
Jake always feared that things would come to this. While he vacillates between his guilt over pressuring LaToya to jump into a role she might not have been prepared for and wanting to do the right thing for his family, he now must figure out how to live in a world where both his current wife, his ex-wife, and troubled relationships all around him collide.
With so much seeming to go wrong, is there room for more unexpected revelations or have the sudden changes in their lives already set them up for failure? Find out what happens in God and the Blended Family Part Three!
The storyline is not bad and I enjoy the content but the cliff hangers are getting tired and laying $3 per few pages is a bit much. Please just publish the whole book and get it over with. The constant abrupt endings just spoil what could have been an enjoyable book.
Kid Summers really need to do something about this horrible format. This story is getting juicier and juicer by the minute. Short review. I need to jump into the 4th book. Get these books, although, the format is horrible. Book is shorter than it seems. I believe all 4books could easily be combined into 1 or 2 books. He Bless!
The story line focused on so many of Jake's chances to stray and mess up his life and his marriage. It would have been good to see more love shown toward Latoya and greater effort to make their marriage work. Good to see the lasting friendship with Latoya and Tiffany.
And the drama begins. Jake needs to man up. Accept what is and deal with it. Obviously the man he thought to be his friend is questionable. Can't wait til I read the last volume.
Book 3 really didn't help the story Jake and Toys still have communication problems. And there is no way LaToya should have allowed Kenya into her kitchen
