Please note this is the second book in a series, and author recommends starting with A Stolen Season for a proper introduction to the world of TimeArch and its time travelers.
Nothing can disrupt the flow of time…not even love…
Archaeologist Richard can’t abide a mystery. But after one of the most frustrating digs of his career, that’s exactly what he has on his hands. How could an estate simply disappear? What happened to the woman who lived there? Did she flee, or was she murdered? Sadly, there’s only one way to get answers, and that’s to travel back to the place in time he never wanted to revisit—the nineteenth century.
Lady Catriona needs a change. A little rebellion against her unfaithful husband is long overdue. This season, she will re-enter society and take a lover who can distract her from the pain of her horrible marriage. Perhaps the handsome visitor from abroad who just arrived in Bath would be up to the task…
Decadent, sensual nights melt into the happiest days Richard and Catriona have ever known. But he can’t stay, and she can’t leave—even as enemies threaten her at every turn. Can Richard find a way to save Cait without destroying the timeline? Or is he doomed to lose the only woman he’s ever loved to a cruel twist of fate?
**WARNING: This book contains scenes of domestic violence.**

Another great installment to this series. I loved book one, and I eagerly anticipated this one. I was not disappointed. The romance between Richard and Cat was captivating and, trust me, well worth the wait for this book to be out!

Loved this book. The storyline was phenomenal and the characters were well developed. I hadn’t read the first book in this series yet but felt that she weaved just enough of their story in here that I was not lost and want to go back and start from the beginning! Well written and fast paced. A delight! Highly recommend.
I had so much fun writing part two of my A Stolen Season series. Richard and Cait were a wonderful pair, even if centuries separated them at first. I hope you enjoy the book as much as I enjoyed writing their HEA!
Only my 2nd Tamara Gill book, having read Stolen I could not wait to read Bath. Such a heartwarming and at times heartbreaking tale that kept me hoping all would work out. Cait and Richard are just so wonderful and glad to see that Sarah and Eric where featured. Now I have to wait until Jan 2022 for London, I do wonder what Ms Gill has in store for us?
Richard cannot believe the very lady from the estate he has come to investigate has stolen his very breathe at first glance! Cait, Marchioness DeVere, refuses to be a victim one minute longer and against her cruel husband's wishes renters society, stepping into her first outing and being shocked at the feelings she experiences upon setting her eyes on the stranger across the room! This is a love rescued across time!
I loved this romantic novel. Richard and Cait’s souls called to each other. Time near or far could not keep them from finding each other. Fate has a way of coming through. If you love the first novel of a Stolen Season, you will love this one even more because you get to learn more about Sarah, Eric and Richard.
Although the outcome was a forgone conclusion This the lightly written tale Will keep a reader eagerly Going on to see exactly how these forgone conclusions come to be.
Thank you Tamara for another wonderful series of time-travel! I’m captivated further with each turn of the page. Through slow-dripping tears and bursts of laughter, I can honestly say that your time-travel books are by far my favorite!
It's been awhile since I read a time travel book but I had read book 1 awhile back so wanted to follow up with this one. It was a good read. Not a whole lot of depth in the characters but still good.
