This book was incredibly helpful with my recent discovery of TMJ Disorder. It has a lot of exercises that have already proven helpful with my pain. It also explains in a lot of detail what happens when you have this and also explains a lot of options for recovery. I'm very glad to have found this book.

Actually, incredibly helpful and thorough. As someone who has had TMJ and resulting issues for most of my life, this offered some tips for exercising that I found useful in relieving some pain, as well as some information on how I can change things up day-to-day to prevent the pain from developing in the first place.

Wish I had read this book decades ago, before degenerative changes in my jaw and neck had taken hold. At this point in my journey, the road to healing is longer and more uncertain.

Not a bad book if you are trying to find out basic facts about TMJ and what to do about them. I was hoping for more "secret" kind of fixes but, alas, there does not seem to be any. What I learned? Chewing gum, sleeping on my stomach, and how I relax to read are probably my main culprits in exacerbating symptoms. If you want a reminder how to change things up holistically and naturally, this is the book to check out.
