Highly recommend! I attempted reading a page everyday in 2020.... the year got away from me at times but certain days we're so relevant it was almost creepy. This book will stay on my book shelf and be used over and over again. I love the way Shannon writes. I finished it early by reading through but have intentions to continue using it and her inights in my journal always.
I loved this book. I started on January 1st and every single day since, I opened it up every morning and read a mantra. It helped me start my day on a positive note and also with inner peace and self-awareness.
I try to read one of these mantras daily. There are a few “typos” sprinkled throughout the book- but overall this book is perfect. I am hugely into self care and self love, and these mantras fuel positive self talk and thoughts. I really like Shannon Kaiser’s way with words and would recommend this book, especially if cheesy mantras are your jam ;)
I noticed a couple of spelling mistakes throughout the book (which personally drives me crazy) so it could've been edited better, but the daily mantras we're all great. I definitely recommend this book!
